Excellent tutorials! Take the time to watch all 10 if you are going to drop the coin on the FS7. Simple, easy to understand, and a cool accent. Thank you Alister!
Alister, your videos are excellent; I learned so much about the finer details of using my FS7! I greatly appreciate your no-nonsense delivery and clear explanations.
Wonderful tutorials. Nicely done . I would have also liked to have one on Manual Prime Lenses, used on the camera as well. Thank you for the excellent work done on this series .
Many thanks for this superb series of how to use this incredible camera. I feel far more confident now, and was pleased I worked out many of the features myself, but my understanding of this features is greatly enhanced. I moved from the Canon XF305 and sometimes a Canon 5DmkIII ... within 30mins of use, I knew my FS7 was a game changer :-)
Thanks for putting these tutorials together. My cache recording and my Simul rec options come up as cannot proceed and it's grayed out. Is there a setting I need to enable these features? using FS7M2 Cine EI, Slog 2, XAVC L, 3840X2160 23.98P.
i was just curious if there is a difference between using 24, 30 or 60 fps when cranking the camera to 180fps? For instance, will there be less motion blur when the 60p is selected? i am under the assumption that when in 24fps it would be 7.5 times slower than real time, would the 60p just be 3 times slower than real time? Thanks.
Does it mean that the cameras processor is recording all of the settings at once and the user only chooses which ones to be shown in video? E.g. Different ISO and Iris settings and white balance etc.
Hi friend. quick question. I set up S&Q Motion to 120p but when open the clip on premiere it shows 60p ( the recording codec dont change on the lcd says 120 fps and below 60p)
