I was wondering while watching *who TF brought a FRIGGIN cake to the olympics and then i Saw that's Yuzuru's tissues box hahaha Yep, That's the man i love Y'ALL 😂
lmao... I didn't notice until you mentioned it. I dunno if every skater carry their own tissue box but Brian replaced the olympic one with yuzu's cake I laughed so hard
Seems like Brian is more hands on to Yuzu than Javi. In this video Brian is making sure that everything Yuzu needs are wel taken care of and looks like Brian keeps on talking to Yuzu, assuring him while Javi is care free and does not make a big deal out it. They really look like father and sons. 😍😍😍
Cristal Jane Malit Tracy Wilson was a coach assigned to Javi for this event and Ghislain for Yuzuru. Brian was there for both of them. You can see that Tracy almost doesn't look at Hanyu when he's discussong something with Brian at the boards and never leaves Javi from her sight. And no, Javi wasn't carefree. The pressure of last Olympics, last chance to win a medal for Spain, desire to redeem himself after Sochi...
It is more about their different personalities, I guess. Brian once told that Yuzuru needed to be taken care of while Javi was living alone and doing everthing by himself 😅
So when TCC team came in kolyada and nathan literally moved away for them lol I've noticed that they always get the best spot. and their 'we are here to win' vibe is so strong
nathan appeared (which everyone fav at the time to win xD mostly US media) everyone: ....... Yuzu ( with a lot of ???) & Javi appeared everyone: waaaaahhhhhhhhhhoooooooooooooooooo xD
I like seeing rink side view when skaters getting ready, they look so serious and tense, trying to focus and calm their mind, just like the competition getting real... Btw, every time i see Raf stand near Yuzu here, i can't help but laugh. Why did he keep stay there and lurking for Yuzu... Like he's part of the team...
I find it interesting prior to skaters taking the ice (around 2:12) Raf was standing right by Yuzuru and seemingly paying attention to how he prepares while Nathan was nowhere near him for almost that entire pre-warmup off rink time.
Asiacheetah hahahah. I have this feeling that he purposely went to Hanyu's side because he really tried to squeeze in. 😂😂😂😂. If I remember it right he is the one who asked for Yzuzuru's autograph?
I kinda feel bad for Nathan skating after Yuzuru. That pooh rain couldn’t have helped his confidence especially after his performance on the Team Event.
Cristal Jane Malit I think it's because Yuzuru is asthmatic and has some sinus issues. I noticed that before he started his GPF 2915 short programme (I think), he was sniffling twice, yet he went on to skate a phenomenal record-breaking performance! And at the kiss and cry area, he always blows his nose. You don't see other skaters doing that. As an asthmatic and previous sufferer of sinus problems, I am so amazed at what he can do in spite of his health issues.
Cristal Jane Malit Almost every skater has a tissue box. You can see them blowing their nose all the time. Javi's is the violet box next to Tracy Wilson. He doesn't have any cover because he's not that extra as Hanyu. Though he had a tiger cover some time ago just to troll Brian who had to carry Winnie the Pooh for Hanyu, tiger for Javi and another Disney character (I don't remember which) for Nam Nguyen who used to train with them as well. Zhenya has Luna...
(00.18) Nathan chen.. could you say hello to yuzu? I mean..he was so near of you..and he is someone more senior to you, in terms of age and carrier also, but you just passed trough him?
No one does it at this point of the competition and no skater thinks badly of it. They focus on themselves at that moment, and if you watch Medvedeva and Zagitova or Hanyu and Fernandez talking about it they say the same thing. They are all very friendly outside of competition but at that moment they are focused solely on the task at hand. Nathan thinks very highly of Yuzuru and admires him, and if you see their introductions on the ice he was the only one Nathan clapped for, too.
Nur Fatina Risinda why Chen need to say hello? I mean it's time for all the skaters need to focus themselves and normally they don't want to talk too much even to their coach. I think it's not a norm to say hello at this time. Just keep silent and focus yourself.
They have met several times before and this is not the time to say hello to everyone. It's better to focus on yourself at this moment. Yuzu never say hello to Fernandez at this point of time too as they need to be in a competitor's mood, not friendly mood.
If you look carefully, none of the skaters or coaches are looking at each other. They just need to focus on themselves. Watch more figure skating vids and you will get used to this. It's really the norm before the competition.
