Brightly coloured buildings, clean streets, lots of green spaces with well kept flower borders, every other vehicle a bus - it kind of reminds me of Disney World.
I have always wished the whole world cities looks like this, cleaner and emptier than seeing everyone rushing in the road that makes it harder to do anything without scooter or car
No garbage everywhere, no ghettos and no-go areas, no drug dealers, whores, gun violence, gangs, no rich kids and super cars no beggars, no McDonald's, no obesity. Almost a paradise.
@@UmeshKumar-um7ze Dude their are dozens of videos of Kaesong city, Nampo, Wonsan, Chongjin, Hamhung, Hyesan and other North Korean cities out their, you can search it in youtube sherlock.
This video is soothing I wish it was an ASMR. Also I can imagine that living in a city this clean and organized with no crazy huge tall buildings and no billboards everywhere and no traffic will be very very helpful for my anxiety.
Are you blind? I am at 6.58, what are those huge ( empty ) buildings in the background? The streets are clean because a: people have nothing to discard b: elderly ladies clean the streets each day with brush and shovels. c: no billboards ( only America has them ) because there is no private enterprise therefore nothing to advertise and no traffic because ordinary N Koreans do not have motor vehicles. Fact is, they have basically nothing and worst of all, their freedom as you obviously have with access to the internet and ability to post your opinion. Something they do not have the liberty to do. Think about it friend.
Reminds me of the style of which the monogatari series is drawn, looks really simple. Not a lot of things show on each frame, but the things that are on display are very well contrasted. Would be a great city to make a film on, sad it's hard to access
Very talented Singers Musicians bringing me back to the day's of feeling free and part of. Pitch and seventh's miner Flats are not easy to play. Well done.
Thanks for interesting video!! I remembered my childhood in soviet period... Something like this.... very clean, no cars, no billboards, no shops, people in grey.....are they happy? may be.... my parents were happy in USSR and they had friends, me,work and they loved life and they did not know any other life outside....))) what is the name of the singer or song?
Also it seems that there are no people that are just having fun, taking a walk or sth. They seem like they all go somewhere. It seems creepy. These men in uniforms that don't simply walk. They march. No one is walking like that on a regular basis. That looks so creepy and uneasy.
5:19 I can't believe no one is talking about that queue for the one bus - wow. None of the high rise buildings (or any buildings) have parking lots or garages or even parking spaces.
Pretty rare for any high rise anywhere to have a parking lot or garage. They’re all built with underground parking. But it appears they have pretty good mass transit so not much need for a car.
you are naive my friend. I wonder if you would prefer to live on clean and wide streets (without any transportation - you saw the lines at the bus) with not much to eat, not even knowing how a coca cola bottle looks like, no power, no heat, the entire world crossing by you and you brain washed everyday. Trust me, I've been there, done that. Communism is a disease and there is nothing positive about it.
Oh fucking hell, where are you from? I doubt you really would trade your homeland to live in north korea. Unless you are from northern part of Nigeria or perhaps Syria.
+nVidos really I would never leave Colombia plus we cornered commie rebels and bomba them daily for fun teach em whos boss. plus 3 private armas civilians who say fuck commies
I agree! Pyongyang is ONLY ONE big city in the whole world I wish I could live in. Personally I don't like big cities but that one is so special. No rat race, no consumerism, no poluttion, no stress, no distractors from real life, no spoiled society...
I have seen a NK dancing team when they come to China. Those girls are young and beautiful. Unfortunate one man got drunk and called Kim's name. Girls got mad and went far away from my table, damn.
@@user-kr1ep8rg5c What freedom are they missing? The freedom to freeze and starve? The freedom to sacrifice their youth and lives to bourgeoisie? The freedom they have instead is the freedom to dignity and spending time with their friends and families. The internet is full of pro-hate propaganda, they don't need it. They have an intranet and everyone uses it daily. A minimum wage DPRK worker can afford buying two new phones a day on 7 hours of work, because of their state subsidises to smart phones. In most of the capitalist world, the poor can't afford phones and internet access. Even in my rich part of the world, average workers need to work for two weeks to afford a new phone. Pyongyang has theme parks, water parks, ski resorts, golf courses.
A clean Beautiful city designed and built by the DPR Korean people , on the ruins left by the criminal US led imperialist war on the Korean people , at no cost to other peoples of the world .
The music, makes me feel like im actually in North Korea and it’s very weird but still truly beautiful, never though I would find a good North Korean music
One of the very few redeeming qualities of this country is the complete lack of advertising and billboards and consumerism etc. it’s nice just seeing streets as they are without colorful ad pandering.
My jaw dropped when i saw that. Holy damn, everyone in the residential zone getting on public transport to get around, but there's not enough public transport to go around
@@aquicklad972 I wouldn't go as far as saying public transport is a communist thing, Public transport is great if its well looked after and funded. But you're right that they aren't allowed cars. I think they are given cars based on their occupation and only those in top jobs get cars, I couldn't imagine having a government telling me I can't have a car because of my title. Although recently if u look at some videos, traffic jams have become a thing in Pyongyang...so....progress? 🤔
I just watched a video of the city driving in a bus across a bridge and into the centre of town. The bridge had several pot holes, some repaired others not. Not the smooth streets seen here.
No shops, more apartments than people, and few cars. The New York City administrators would love Pyongyang because NYC does everything it can to make car ownership a pain.
Looks like they have stores. Not all of those buildings are apartments. Plus, I didn't see a bunch of people living in tents like in America. America is so expensive that there's Millons of poor people who have FULL-TIME jobs. Work a job yet still can't afford rent. That's crazy!
