⚽️ I stewarded with away fans till a decade ago at Coventry for 18 years Derby were never any trouble & very rarely did we have trouble the stewards at this match look pretty out of their depth ⚽️

Didnt see any trouble but knew it was coming. the way the game went, big crown and good away following and add into that there seemed to be few police around to control anything. Had to laugh watching the police just stand there and watch the Coventry fan walk across to the Derby fans. What was he doing there watching the game ? He alone was responsible for all the trouble during and after the game. If he ahd stopped that fan nothing more would have happened apart from a few songs and shouting across the segregation seats. Now you have a trip to Derby where genuine fans will probably get mixed up in whatever happens in the return game. Sad he wants sacking . have a good season mate !

It's amazing how one idiot can impact a crowd. The Derby fans were great, and our fans are week in week out, but the atmosphere changed after the bloke ran across and started trying to fight with 1500 people. Violence has ruined the Italian league for 25 years. Let's hope the English remain more dignified.
