Python PIP Error: Fatal error in launcher: Unable to create process using..

This problem had taken a lot of time of mine but i got the solution only here. Thanks!

Under the Appdata/programs/Python I found that there are many folders of different versions like Python 310, Python 311 etc. I have deleted the previous version fodlers and pip command worked like a charm. Thanks for the video.

20 july 2k24 still working.. main issue is that python.exe was missing on that path thnx bro

Is it fine if it directly goes to 3.8 instead of python? C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python38 ive been working on this for the past long while, and my issue is sort of related to this. In a virtual environment it will give me the message: Unable to create process using 'c:\users\username\appdata\local\programs\python\python38\python.exe --version' Any ideas on how I can resolve this? Thanks :)

I had two folder Python39 and Python311 under C:\Users\.....\AppData\Local\Programs\Python . Deleted Python39 and error resolved.
