this video is very helpful. i recently read ur article on lsd...wanted to know one thing... how much time it took you to get to 100% normal.... 6 months ? 1 year ? like no trace of any anxiety
Glad it was helpful! While there wasn't a singular moment where I was "100% normal", it took about 6 months to get back to what I'd call a normal life. 2 years later, the anxiety was mostly irrelevant. And 5 years later, I struggled to access those anxious states (even when I tried to). Hope that helps :)
