How to create a microsoft installer setup from python file .
This is just like any other real softwares
1.) You can install software and shortcut icon will be add to your desktop.
2.) You can uninstall you software just like other softwares .

nice one.. but one quick thing.. as you said that install python once again and reinstall by checking 'add to path', it is not required as you can add python to path without reinstalling it.

yes you can also add python to path by go to settings , environmental variable and then add path , without uninstalling python , this is only for those who are getting some problems in installing cx_Freeze
