I honestly love your principle! I think I want to adapt to it too because I find myself incredibly overwhelmed by even thinking about the future or a year in advance..you can get so lost into it and lost in life if you try to plan too ahead, it's scary and no one knows for certain what can happen in the future or even tomorrow. So I was really happy to hear when you said you live by this. It is better to live in the moment to enjoy it and appreciate it!! I constantly beat myself up mentally and I find myself comparing myself to other people my age (even though I know damn well I shouldn't because we all live on different paths and pace in life..) and getting baaaaad FOMO over it. I spent years hearing on various sites about working on physical and mental health without doing anything about it, finally in a period of crisis i found this channel very randomly on pinterest. Two years have passed since that day and i'm grateful for it, i found this channel and i felt accompanied and motivated like never before♥ I started going to therapy but my main exercise is coming here to remember important things that i sometimes forget and it never fails, i always end up motivated, happy and very grateful to you Dasha, you have literally saved me from a horrible place in my mind where i thought i could never get out. i totally agree about enjoying time alone. i used to always feel so lonely. but i realized that i actually love being with myself alone. i feel so comfortable and safe with myself. im an introvert so it is necessary for me to have alone time. i also have been working on myself to feel more beautiful. especially with social media, it’s so easy to compare yourself to others. but reducing my time on social media really helped me and also recognizing how no one else can look like me because we are all different. thanks for sharing this Dasha 💜
