as someone who went through two egg retrievals, my unsolicited advice would be to cut out added refined sugars. I didn't do it before my first egg retrieval and even though I was older for my second, my amh went up and I got more mature eggs, and more viable embryos. highly recommend that and taking coq-10 for 3 months before hand!

My first instinct when you talk about the loss of your mom is to skip that part because it’s still too fresh and emotional for me. However, I always listen to what you say and I’m glad I do. It’s comforting hearing feelings from someone who has also lost a parent. It’s comforting to see that you’ve made it this long I guess. Grief is by far the worst thing I’ve experienced and it feels so unfair to me but I always feel better when I listen to your experiences.
I previously saw a video on youtube here about a women who found out she had dated her half brother due to her family not knowing the donor her parents chose was also donating to toooons of other families! It’s crazy what can happen! Glad yall are going with a safer route 💗
