575 days off the gear today

7:45 that’s so important to tell people and I’m glad you did! I told myself when I got sober, I wanted to own a home, get married, wake up early, go to the gym, read bible with my wife, start reading other books again, level up my career… And guess what? in 575 days I did all that ! I AM NEVER touching gear again

It's so nice to hear that' there are other people like me out there and fighting this war and seeing results! Thank God it gives me hope. All I do it's use and every single dime I make ( and eveyone else's money) goes to this drug it's disgusting! I never believed I'd get to this level and I really don't know I can get thru it but I'm trying. I've been obsessed with this addiction trying to figure out the why's for years and it's so frustrating. I just wanted to thank you for sharing your story becarse I completely see myself in it! I'm hoping to get out of the house today and do something difffereht... I seems to say that every single day. One day I nope to take control my life is falling thru the cracks!

see on a bad day i usually give in but watching you just accepting today is just a bad day hmmm maybe ill overcome it.... im giving it another shot!

Well done my friend, it takes a lot of courage to break out of that cycle. I hurt so many people, and did nothing but take. Now I’m giving something back to society. I’m doing good and helping people - and it feels amazing.

I wish addicts knew, those who love you have forgiven you a LONG time ago, and the LAST thing we want, is you reminesing or feeling bad about it. Dont feed that insecurity. It doesnt come from a good place, accept your behavior, make it right, move on and let it go.

What scares me about getting clean, is people who get clean, become dick heads, arragant, egotistical etc. I’m a humble person on the hard stuff and I worry I will turn away from god and to the devil, become a government bee, I work full time have a family and a good person. Clean people well, u know what I mean.

Hi mark , ur looking really well and found the gym and fitness world ! I just wanted to ask do you have any damage to your nose and do you suffer with sinus issues and mucus plug blockages . I suffer bad now with stopping the gear its never really been this bad while using as like you said u always find ways to keep the airway clear to sniff more gear
