Those nine Filipinas didn't win Miss Universe Philippines while they were in their Bb. Pilipinas stints, but made Philippine pageant history of a different kind by winning other Big Four pageant titles in Miss International and Miss Earth.

Well, she's 27 now, MUO's limit is 28. Now that the MUP and BPCI will be on their seperate ways, I think Nicole should give it another shot.

The judges during Binibining Pilipinas 2016 coronation night fear that had Kylie Verzosa failed to win Miss Universe 2016, Kylie would've faced the double whammy of not helping the Philippines win back-to-back Miss Universe titles and see the Philippines' Big Four major international beauty pageant (Universe, World, International Beauty and Earth) title winning streak snapped at three consecutive years instead of six they had from 2013 to 2018 including Kylie's Miss International Beauty 2016 crown. Also, no country other than the United States and an American territory like Puerto Rico has ever won Miss Universe on home soil with Brazil being the closest when Priscilla Machado finished second runner-up in MU 2011. Seems to me that you want the Philippines to win back-to-back MU titles and not focusing on the entire Big Four pagean picture every year.
