HEADS UP!!!! Hi everyone! I do not recommend Vestiaire Colective (VC) at all. In total I had 26 orders with VC (yes, I do keep track of them 🤔). Out of 26, I returned 10 for being completely non-complaint, for 2 I have as we speak open cases with Customer Support and for 6 I received discounts for being partially non - complaint. So in total I had issues with 18 out of 28 which is a terrible number. The problem is that the seller lie in their descriptions, do not show defects and also lie when asking them point black in the comment section if the bags have any issues. VC just wants to make a quick commission so accepts everything as being complaint without any true quality control. And having something returned is a complete nightmare that will take more or less one month. Example: Chanel WOC purchased in December 2019, marked as "never warn". The bag I received had two stain on the base, scratches on the flap, pen marks and various stains on the interior. And VC sent it to me as "never warn". I manage to get my money back on 28th of January, after two months of stress and arguments. So no, I definitely do not recommend them. If you guys know any good alternatives for Europeans, please let me know because had enough of VC. Thanks
