9:41 In my experiences with renting, I've observed stark differences in practices across countries. In India and Japan, the concept of honor is deeply ingrained in the societal fabric. While this has its merits, it sometimes leads to landlords having prejudices and biases against potential tenants based on their ethnicity, nationality, or lifestyle. This can manifest as discrimination in the rental process. Such prejudices, while they might stem from genuine concerns about property maintenance or neighborhood harmony, often overshadow the individual merits of a tenant. On the other hand, in Denmark, where I've noticed a strong culture of trust, the rental system is more tenant-friendly. Here, if I were to damage a property or disturb my neighbors, I would be held directly accountable. The emphasis is on individual responsibility and trust, rather than collective honor or prejudice. This straightforward approach eliminates the need for landlords to harbor biases or discriminate against potential tenants based on preconceived notions. While I appreciate the value of trust in the Danish system, I also understand the cultural significance of honor in places like India and Japan. However, it's crucial for me, and for society at large, to differentiate between cultural respect and outright discrimination. Discrimination, in any form, is a challenge that needs addressing, regardless of its cultural or historical roots.

bhai ji did your family (especially parents) have any problem with you going abroad? although i just turned 18, but whenever i bring up the convo on working abroad, my mother becomes so much against it. she starts telling news about how children leave their parents just to earn more etc. I am trying to convince her, hopefully she will agree until i graduate. ghaziabad se ❤
Same Situation in my house also bro... Next Year in March I'm going to pass my 12th exams and thinking of going to abroad(May be Japan) for further studies but whenever I bring out the convo about this, my mother gets crazy. She says how will you cope with the environment and culture which will be different, and again there will be cultural difference and language barrier and most of all you'll be alone in an alienated place......
Hello bro..just to tell u my experience. I am currently studying in IIT Bombay and has never been away from my family. I know It will benefit my family & me after some time but I feel homesickned very much. You should feel lucky that ur parents care about you. Just keep in mind that u could go away from your family if you r confident that u can give them a better life afterwards. Otherwise try to get an alternate options and work hard.
@@rohit_kr07 many parents think that way , and therefore majority of the people from middle class go abroad after getting a degree , I'm 19 and i think that we are a bit too young to live on our own , even 30+ people struggle with isolation and cultural differences after going abroad , so i think you should wait till you graduate ( master Japanese in that period + get a skill which will land you a permanent job) and then move abroad
@@shukrantpatil I agree🙌 I also feel that college will somewhat reduce this homesickness issue. And also graduation from abroad is much more expensive than other degrees
bhai ajay tumhare video dekh kr bhut accha feel hota h...pavan ke video v bhut acche hote h.....ye music jo add karte ho video m kaha se late ho bhai plzz link de diya karo plzzz
Salary in japan is high if you are comparing with Indian salary, Yes it is but its become neutral or same as Indian salary because of expense rate in Japan. Salary mostly depend on expense and living cost of countries.
@@fizzygamer7931 even though it's expensive overthere the salary is very good compared to India where if you got to a restaurant you just end up spending 10-15%salary
