Bex’s technique of roots coming down from your feet is something they teach in acting classes and psychology. It’s really good. I just wanted to act, an acting coach taught us that once we have the idea of roots connecting us? It also helps to imagine tree branches growing out all around us. As the branches reach out they connect us to the world and help center us in our bodies. This whole interview is really great, thanks so much for uploading it! (I also picture a color and texture and smell of something that really relaxes me before an audition or before standing up in front of people)
