About that issue of flying 6k each from CPT to HRE, if you have a relative in like PTA/JHB, you can take a bus from CPT to PTA/JHB for about R500 per person then take a flight from OR Tambo to HRE which will be around 3.5k one way (basic plan) for 2 adults and an infant (obviously you need to book well in advance for a cheaper fare). Or you can fly from CPT to JHB early in the morning then catch a bus to Zim late in the afternoon, whichever way that will make sense for you obviously but it will turn out to be way cheaper than a straight flight and less exhausting. Just my $0.02

If you planning on going to Zim again next time just book your flight ticket a month before it's cheap. It mostly amounts to 7.5k- 8k for 2 if booked on time coz eish bus can be hectic I can imagine with the lil one. But I'm glad you guys had a great time in Zim and thank God makafamba bho
