Hi Vidya. I m really thankful for your informative videos. I have kept my son on breastfeed till 4 months but as I have started weaning he is not taking any bottle. please suggest me some good bottle and formula(he is not taking lactogen).
I haven't used formula, my son didn't like any. But I pumped and bottle fed him in Comotomo or philips avent bottles. You can try pumping and bottle feeding initially to get the baby used to bottle.

What you eat does affect the quality of your breastmilk, so try to eat as healthy as you can. Keep taking your prenatal vitamins while breastfeeding, your baby is still depending on you.

They pick up languages very easily at a young age. Use your mother tongue as primary language and english as well to speak with your child, they will pick up both simultaneously.
