My favourite has been your Amla pickle, that doesn't go bad. I think your skin reflects your healthy eating. I have two ceramic knives and had the same experience of breakage. Now love the Kerala knives that come in a green packaging- made in Malappuram. I think its Polyguard too maybe.

I have a doubt regarding washing cast iron pan, in one of your videos you said that you wash,dry and spread oil every single time of using iron pan.. I wanted to ask that can i follow this step at the end of the day after cooking multiple times on pan rather than washing after every single time??

1. Air fryer / Microwave - homey prefers traditional cooking style and don't own any 2. Tomato / onion can be cooked on gas flame directly She don't prefer Roti also in flame directly. Using tava make only. On woodfire/coal is better 3. Knife - IKEA - ceramic make, delicate 4. Intermittent fasting - can we practice whole life. She prefers daily, occasionally she breaks it.

It was a Nice Q&A Session madam and I am new to this channel and just subscribed I am using Conventional Oven ( Quick Coffee for 100 sec at High power and Reheat the food at work for 2 mins ) Currently here in Ottawa. It let me think now about this and also nice points about Health Tips 🗨️ Not using Conventional Ovens - Will give a start 🗨️ Cooking Roti - Using Cast Iron 🗨️ Eating Food with Gratitude without Gadgets - My Favorite 🗨️ Intermittent Fasting - Will try 🗨️ Dals and Grain - Should be Soaked preferably for better Nutrient Absorption 🗨️ Wood pressed Oil - Like the statement helping farmers indirectly 🗨️ Reheating Oil is to be avoided - Create Free Radicals is harmful to the body - Really note this point 🗨️ Chia Seeds and Flax Seeds- Give Omega 3 - I don't know this Love from Ottawa ( Srini )

It was a wonderful Q n A video. You looked amazing 🤩My fav part was the intermittent fasting explanation. Thanks a lot. However, I disagree to agree on the last question regarding baking that both rods have to be heated. I guess for cakes until n unless mentioned, default setting should be only bottom rod heating. That should be sufficient. Have a great day n keep rocking. 😍
