You will absolutely regret selling the SMP. I will tell you from personal experience that I had the black dial version and sold it a year ago. I missed not having it on my wrist so I rebought it, but this time the white dial (same as yours). Also, Grand Seiko does not appeal to me as Omega does. The SMP is just a better watch. Just my 2 cents.
I will also add that visually the white dial Speedy and white dial SMP are very similar. So wanting to part ways with the SMP makes sense, but If anything I would get the black dial Sapphire Sandwich and keep the white dial SMP. Another option would be to do the opposite.
I’ve seen the videos of you talking about how much you love your Seamaster. The memories you have with it and what it means to you. WHY would you toss all those memories made with that watch and give them up simply to mark an occasion? Wear your Seamaster to mark ANOTHER achievement in your life and continue adding to its sentimental value! Keep saving and add the Speedy in due time.
just buy the black dial speedy for half the price. If you really want the white dial, wait for the price to drop... Buying the white speedy now is a very rash decision
I would definitely not sell the Seamaster 🌊 Best would be to save so that later you can buy the white dial Speedmaster. By that time the novelty effect will have cooled down and availability would have increased.

Wearing my Longines Zulu Time with anthracite dial and green bezel. Great watch. And don’t sell “The King” as you call it. It’s such an awesome and versatile watch. That white dial is just so very nice.
Don’t change what you’re doing Harrison ( as always ). This is a fabulous channel for all watch enthusiasts and you really do have a way with words ( Andrew Morgan watch out ) and your photography is amazing.

I really like that you have a plant in the studio shot as well! 🌿 A lot of them are just watch paraphernalia. You seem to spend a lot of time outdoors, great to see some nature in the studio (even if it is plastic, I can’t tell)
Harrison - hello. In reaction to people being arses in comments, I’m not one to leave comments but was compelled to. Right - you are doing an awesome job. You are always energetic, objective and informed. I’m lucky enough to own a VC overseas blue- but also wear a Yema flygraf just as much and you cater for the spectrum nicely. Like I say, not a commenter but I watch all your content and I tip my hat to you, keep up the great job! Smashing it.
Nice vidéo if i had to answer those questions i'd say that : - Pink dial : Zénith chronomaster sport rose - Green dial : Straun Jan mayen Moss green or Vulcain chrono 70 or Tag their last chrono - Explorer of course nothing can be better maybe Cartier santos black lacquered - i totally agree with you on this topic - i only like metal bracelet - you are the expert and you do it so well - i will never buy Hublot, never 😂😂 - this butterfly clasp from oméga is cool - you are right saphir forever - your trips are wonderful and the content is stunning. Congratulations. It's very unique on RU-vid. - it is the best reason to buy à watch. - Tissot or Hamilton, i would prefer Hamilton for their work like jazz 2 faces - sell it, green one is better :) - it's cool to have collab with friends - it was a vidéo from Oris about à restauration of à movement it was alive. As à young father it means à lot. I build a collection for my children not because of the past or things i remember but on the contrary for them to remember as an object gathering values (not financial but ideologically speaking) to remember to make time à friend to acquire wisdom to keep on evolving a'd to be patient. - Bremont seems better since its reboot let see what they have in the future - white speedmaster is soooo cool. I'm late to the party and only now seriously looking at the Seamaster (black probably) - pre-owned or discounted only. Already a lot of dough, but it looks like a keeper. New model coming(?) might help prices drop more on the secondary market?
Create a wealth building strategy, get every watch you want and don’t sell that watch or you will regret it. That watch means a lot to you, just level up your dreams and take action. you can do it. 💪
On my wrist today, SMP 300 Blue, also have the Seaweed, (green dial ) and wouldn’t part with either. Speedmaster hessalite is my dress watch and such a great feeling every time I put it on. Another great video, cheers

@@dougaugustine933 I bought it with the bracelet and have been wearing it like that since I got it about 9 months ago, but I plan on swapping it for the black rubber strap as it will be more comfortable and in my opinion better looking than the bracelet, especially with the white dial.
Hope my next watch is the White Speedy - have interest registered with CH however doubt it will be in '24 due to demand. Don't sell the Seamaster too much sentimental attachment.

You will massively regret selling your Seamaster. You have a massive connection to it…which is what owning watches is all about. It’s even something we (your audience) really connect to you with because we know what it means to you. I know the new white dial Speedmaster is something you really want (me too!)…I think you would love to own and wear the new Speedmaster….but you would seriously wish you hadn’t sold that beautiful Seamaster………..just my opinion…at the end of the day, it’s what you want, not us 😄
I like photography, cars, and of course watches.😅 As a fan of your channel don't sell your Seamaster nor your GS. I'm sure that money will come. Keep up the excellent work.
The explorer1 and aqua terra shouldnt be direct competitors sure they are both GADA watches that can be used in almost any situation but AQ is less tooly/sporty looking , more like an OP or datejust ( oyster/non fluted bezel). Either are excellent but having both wouldnt be doubling up .
Honestly think you’ll regret selling the SMP. I think it’s the better looking and more practical of the two white dial Omega’s. Why not sell the grand seiko and get the black speedy instead - it’s the classic.
Too early to consider imho. You’re a long way off 100K so hopefully by time you’re there you will have enough money to keep the SM plus add the white Speedy (or perhaps the black one once you’ve realised the white one is a bit naff)

From a logical point, the Seamaster will have a similar dial to the Speedmaster you’re looking for. So it should be the one you would sell The grand seiko in this configuration is stunning Now if we put the sentimental part into consideration, you should just keep both and when you have enough, you buy the speedmaster
sell it. Own it. don't let it own you. I am told all the time this a hobby. Hobbyist like to experience a lot of new things in their hobby. Consumers consume. Most people commenting her are clearly consumers.
You will very likely regret selling the SMP. Its evident in your voice and you havent even sold it yet. 😢 Let the GS go - because the white speedy can replace the GS on a use-case basis. But your SMP will always be your do-everything companion. Land, air, sea, underground. Which is what the GS, and arguably the Speedy, may not fulfill.
I think the Explorer 1 wins. I think they polished the new black dial squatters way to much, it should have been fully or just as much brushed as the Explorer 1
Why not sell your other watches. I think if you sell the seamaster, you'll miss it like you did before. If you sell the GS, you might miss seeing the sweeping seconds hand.
I think you should keep the Omega and sale your Grand Seiko. GS are great watches but boring. No Soul!! I had three and always ended after 3 to 6 months.
Move the GS, keep the SMP. You’re going to regret selling the SMP. Been following you for some time, have gotten used to seeing that white SMP on thr wrist on rotation… so not seeing the SMP in your lineup, channel just won’t be the same! 😂
Seamaster 300 is my go to for everyday wear for tennis, golf , hiking etc. an excellent tool watch. And you wont get robbed either!. I wear others for everything else .
