.. admit that you are not perfect... be humble, show up, consistent, communicate clearly, be a YOU centered leader, Keep at it, be prepared ( bring excitement and joy )...don't take it personally...Stride ( don't strive?) keep walking.. faithfulness into fruitfulness... every seed has the ability to produce more.. influenced can be increased by taking care of what you have... be authentic....If you are trying to be someone besides yourself one of you is irrelevant...add value to others lives... be proactive...

Whenever I picture myself being an influencer, I imagine it being in stage in front of thousands of people and I just give up to the thought because it is overwhelming! But I love what Pastor Groeschel encourages us to do; start where you are because you already are an influencer! It reminds me of the Bible verse Pastor Groeschel always uses, it says something along the lines of, "do good with the small things and I will give you bigger things". It is so inspiring and encouraging to know that I don't have to jump 50 steps and do the big things, but instead be steady and purposeful in the few small steps I have in front of me. Praise God for you both!!
Pastor Mike, I really have to say thank you so much, because God has blessed me and delivered me from prison and drugs after 22 years of bondage and he poured so much in my that I now have written books and the things are I was sitting around on things to teach on from the Bible waiting for a particular amount of people and then one day my wife said I will watch it over and over. Thanks, Pastor you are an inspiration to us all! I have 12 years delivered from that old life in Jesus name
Wowwww. Mike words are definitely i think seasoned with salt and he knows how to answer. Thank God for His grace and anointing over our leaders who are submitted to Him and to us.

Both Pastors are great pastors. I read alot of Craig's devotionals on Youversion. My favorite so far that I have grown and loved the most is Soul Detox.

I love this! Great leadership guidance by Pastor Todd and Pastor Groeschel. This needs to be shared with leaderships, both secular and especially through the church. As a minster of the gospel inspiring to pastor, I'm understanding the importance of leading people and not just making a name for myself. There is so much information in this 45 minute brief presentation that can build character in the preachers beyond the pulpit. Thank you for sharing.

Enemy of influence is COMPARISON. And if you can't influence 1 person in a small group, you could never influence 1 million people anywhere - the principle of the mustard seed in the Bible. Also, many real leaders, born leaders- they don't wish to be influencers in their leadership, it happens as a result of their obedience, just doing what needs to be done in order to get the influence across to the next person so they too can lead themselves. Leadership, influence is EMPOWERMENT and INSPIRATION
This is great! Enjoyed this talk! Relevant especially when in a position of influence where people around me are older than me. Also have those who are younger than me. What resonated here with me is just simply be myself. Simply, be authentic!
