Regarding “good parents” that children feel a need to estrange themselves from. Everything is not always as it appears to be. The REALLY bad parents can be very particular when it comes to keeping up appearances, and a whole other world can be a reality to those behind closed doors. I can imagine that most parents are good enough, and that there are thousands of reasons for families to split up. Sometimes healing takes place and you can meet again from a whole new perspective. The important thing to remember is to not rush the process. Give yourself and your family members the time and space that is needed. Remember that you can love and be loved from a distance.❤️
The most amazing thing happened during your podcast! You were talking about us being the hands feet and voice of Source. All of a sudden, I clearly heard the voice of a friend who had passed away, say in my mind, “please tell Melanie that I still love her, and I am with her every day.“ I’m an occupational therapist, and I was on my way to see Melanie who was his wife. The request was accompanied by intense goosebumps all over my body so I took it very seriously. I responded out loud, they’re gonna think I’m nuts. If you want me to tell her this, I have to see the sign of… a red bird. This was the first thing that popped into my head. I was only five minutes away from her home and thought I don’t know if there’s enough time to see a red bird. But okay, I’m going to trust you. No redbird, and you better believe I was looking for the bird, for the words on a sign or vehicle, whatever. Nothing. I got there and walked into her house and what should I see but a red bird magnet on her refrigerator! When I mentioned it, she said, “I love Redbirds! Just walk into my living room.“ There were no less than 18 Redbird figurines, ornaments, a suncatcher, a pillow, and a Christmas card. I was astonished! I’m getting bumps right now just remembering it! I shared my experience and we both ended up in tears. What wonderful validation of the the loving presence of God!
I was watching your interview with Michael Sandler in May. You started your “Sip of the Divine.” The interview was already a month old and I thought, “These people are really out there.” Micheal is so on another level 😂. Then I said, “Why not?” Followed your instruction and then “Boom” 💥. A message came through, tears rolled down, I was awaken, and my entire day was full of joy and surprises. It resonated for about two weeks or more easy. Every time I even thought of the moment tears started rolling. I thought it was done until last week thinking about it. The “Sip” wasn’t even the full 3 minutes! He cut it to about 2 minutes! 😂 A lot has happened since then and a divine mission set in motion. That is the first. I had another on another one of your interviews recently again. Blows me away how it happens. Thank you Suzanne and to your guides. 🙏
Well, now I better understand why I’m not getting information regarding my daughter completely withdrawing herself from me and her son who I am guardian for. Bev, that’s what I’ve been doing, surrounding her in love. What I’ve also found helpful has been doing the Ho’oponopono practice and since doing that for the past about three years I’ve continued to have a peaceful heart which is such a blessing. It’s interesting, I don’t moan and complain about it and I also don’t feel the sadness that initially I did. Coming to the understanding that we don’t know each others scripts they’ve designed for this incarnation has also been a helpful insight.
So love this! You're right, we've experienced so many lives, who is to say what our part was in any given interaction throughout our Soul's history?! I 've been offering the Ho'oponopono to the world to acknowledge whatever injuries i may have incurred throughout the multiple time, space and dimensions of my existence in the belief that I am offering true healing through that love energy. I feel I am properly atoning for my part in the way things are today, while taking part in supporting the shift in consciousness. Better than feeling things are crazy and out of control and feeling helpless and allows me to move through my days with a loving intention which spreads through my physical interactions with others too.
I started a regular practice of meditation after I went to Suzanne's mediumship plus in Feb 2023. I had powerful experiences during the guided meditations ~ I cried most of the time. Little did I know, this training with Suzanne would lead to amazing things. I am only in 18 months of our only daughter transitioning. Now... I can easily sit in meditation for 35 minutes or more with her hemi sync recordings. It makes a difference if your meditation is a regular practice.. not perfect.. just regular and intended. I can also shift so fast to tuning into my lovely and my guides.
Suzanne - 7 years ago, my only son (and father of my only grandchild) cut off all communication with us, and we have not heard a single word since. There were many reasons why - I cannot say that I "don't know why," because I do. That does not make it any less painful. To complicate matters, I experienced a spiritual awakening (aka, an "STE") that day, as I cried out to God to help me stop my only child from walking away, and I have been trying to understand how the two experiences are connected ever since. I have been asking the question over and over, is there anything I can do?, etc. I have been wondering if I am just missing the answer? So you can imagine how your experience with Spirit in this Q&A struck me, when you received no response from Spirit to Bev's question about estrangement. Even though you said you thought it was because it was "too close" to you personally, it also was an answer to my own questions and prayers. I think there are some questions that we cannot know the answers to yet. We must just trust that all will be well. It is part of our soul's journey.
I take hope for you because you ask: is there anything I can do? If I had been asked, the starting point would have been to hear with a loving heart why I am in pain, without giving me denial, explanations or excuses, without changing the subject, without the demand that I use any words of your choosing rather than my own, without the expectation that I would "forgive" 10 minutes after confronting the issue. That a response would be an acknowledgement that the door would remain open to healing the injuries no matter how difficult the journey. That there would be very serious and ongoing effort put into never repeating the injuries.
Could be a soul contract. Something you chose to learn from. If it is not resolved in this life there will be another life chosen sometimes with roles reversed to try to work it out. Repeat until love and forgiveness work it out. Maybe you chose to grow spiritually because of it maybe that is the learning, Not easy this roller coaster of a 3D world but we all agreed to it at some level. Yes very painful at times. I try seeing everything work out with the highest good of all concerned but some crap still happens. You seem to have a good handle on or view of your souls journey.
Suzanne, how do you keep it together? With all this energy how do you not just ignite? Getting such wonderful wisdom from Sanaya must be indescribable! I am in awe of it all!

Regarding the question about having ADHD…the most powerful readings I’ve had were with a medium who has ADHD. She was so amazing I’ve gone to her three times for readings.
Everybody in my family is on the Auti/HD spectrum and we're all psychic and/or mediums. We've always been that way and didn't know until later we're on the spectrum lol.

Holidays are baggage bringers. I had a difficult family reunion in October with my mother’s ginormous family and a wonderful and unique Thanksgiving with my father’s family. The first was like dragging around an old green duffel bag while the second was all flowers and beautiful art.

I'm curious about this. My due date was the 4th of July, but my mom induced the birth on the 30th of June so everyone could enjoy their holiday weekend. I feel that my actual birth was forced and not up to me, so for years I have celebrated a birth week from June 30-July 4, and if I want to have a party I combine it with the 4th of July when everyone in the US is in a festive mood. I am not an expert in astrology but I wonder how much someone's chart is impacted by an interference like this.

Thick German accent. I said, "Sir, I play classical guitar, not piano". He said, "to me and from where I reside now, it is just another instrument and we can create with the frequencies...." I had just been listening to Beethoven's 4th Symphony and just happened to shout out loud, "I just LOVE Beethoven's music, I wish I had studied piano instead of guitar!!" Yes, these geniuses are definitely aware when you appreciate their works (music, paintings, etc.). I was floored!
This won't be true for everyone, but the vast majority of people I know who have gone no contact with their parents is due to the parents not respecting boundaries. If you want to reopen conversation, if you can get a message to them, tell them you want to discuss and set boundaries for your relationship and commit to those boundaries. You may think you're doing the best for them pushing your ideas on them but if you want to have a relationship respect and boundaries are key. If you have a child that is trans and you simply cannot refer to them by their chosen name and gender then you're just not going to see them.
There's a trans child in my family. We moved heaven and earth to get and keep him safe, while other family members deliberately dead-named and misgendered him. So now we have our core family and no contact with the haters and we've never been happier. Even if you don't understand transsexuality, there's no need to be deliberately hateful. People who will bully a child have no place in my life. Good for you for standing up for trans kids.
Everyone receives from spirit. The reason some people say they never get any comms from spirit is because it is SO SUBTLE! I just stopped the video (28’15’’) and asked spirit, “please make me more awareness of any thoughts that go through my head that are not mine." I was awaiting my usual jab of neuropathic pain, or palpitation in my hands but nothing happened. What I did see was the subtlest, fast flash of silvery cold blue. They heard me. We meditate to get more cognizant of subtler expressions of spirit, as distinct from acquiring novel and less usual levels of consciousness.

Anything divinely guided is perfect, without blemish. 2. Because the energy and love is so high that that’s all we want to be and immulate in our own lives. It’s a beautiful thing.

The answer about the estrangement of families is what Suzanne/Sanaya/they say all the time. There is no separation. Not in truth. We may be separated on this level but together and happy on another. I hope with all my heart that’s the facts.
I love watching Bev, become. I feel her complete willingness to stand back in her wonderful supportive mode, which feels like an abundance of consideration for others, but I love seeing the glimpses of her being when she blooms in front of us.

Just wanted to share that I saw the plant on Suzanne’s left side move, our right side when viewing her. They were all talking about deceased pets still being with us and I saw the movement and thought hmm what was that. Lol until Suzanne said it was her dog Rusty! I believe Rusty is in spirit form now. 😊
Meditation is crucial to higher consciousness.. once you start a daily meditation practice, you will want to meditate daily and miss it if you don’t. It adds more peace and stability to my day.I just wish that I could connect to my spirit guides and angels. Still seeking to make those connections..why can’t I connect to spirit guides?
In the session Suzanne says we are always connected, we just don't notice or realise it. Stop searching for something you already have, and you might start noticing it. Even if you don't ever notice it, it doesn't matter! Trusting and knowing you are connected is what matters!
Some of us actually don't have any family to go see. We WISH we had people to spend holidays with. Instead we watch those around us complain about their family while getting to eat good food and participate in festivities. We know their families are hard and not perfect and yet, we are alone and would gladly take imperfect over alone.
Depends on the imperfections, I think. There’s acceptance of people with all their flaws, and still loving them, but, at least for a personal example, I can’t fully accept people who threaten my physical or emotional safety for their own kicks or gratification.
So grateful for you all. Found an evidential medium (from Suzanne's recommendation) for my friend who is a shining light parent and after the reading she said it would be with her for the rest of her life. So many blessings
I'm a therapist going thru adult children not contacting me and what I've learned I believe is unresolved anger from childhood they can't/won't process. And they are so overwhelmed already by life that no contact they believe keeps them sane. But it's a blaming issue and no contact keeps the drama alive. It's the triad, resolution cannot happen without stretching toward a higher ideal. I see us in a higher relationship and she's looking at the past. After awakening, I've learned to accept better but digging into more deeper issues like maybe we aren't supposed to be in contact for years so she can work out her stuff. The holidays are tough but I don't want to go back to our old same relationship so I'm trusting goddess on this one. Peace my sisters...
I’ve *never* seen any adult children who have “drama” because of no contact with their parents. Some feel bad that they had to cut contact, but they do it to have peace for themselves. You see it as a blame game, but I’d bet most, if not all, of these adult children have already tried to fix things and be heard by these parents, and not succeeded. If my adoptive mother had died before my adoptive father I’d have been facing the same choice, because he put us all through hell and I wanted to get away from that so I could have my own peace and heal. The only drama is with the person left behind who “doesn’t understand” because they refuse to take accountability for effectively pushing their child away.

Their point was that you, in your original comment, took your situation and drew a conclusion, and it seems like you made that conclusion for every child who does this. What the other person is saying is that the child isn’t always “holding onto drama” or “playing the blame game.” I would reread their comment. There’s some good insight in there. Some great takeaways
Jeesh, if all of the answers I wanted to her from you, it was the issue of child estrangement. Odd. This is such a wide spread problem. I have made some recovery with one daughter and the grandchildren but another daughter has not come back around yet. Two years of deep grief and disbelief on this topic. I have been estranged from my family for many years and I can tell you that it is one of the most painful decisions an adult child will ever make. It is always the parents who say they have no idea what happened. I am always very suspicious when I hear this because it is just too common to actually be true. There are almost no children who claim not to have any idea what happened. To me this is a way to avoid responsibility and to appear blameless to friends and acquaintances. I guarantee you that your friend's child knows exactly why they are estranged and that they have always hoped it would change. Please realize that you have no idea what is going on behind closed doors between your friend and her kids, but to dig a little deeper and you'll start to see holes in their story. They are hoping you will be too polite to do this because they know that their story won't hold up to scrutiny. Unfortunately they usually get away with making vague claims like it seems your friend did, but ask yourself if their story even sounds plausible. No one wants to be facing the world alone with no unconditional love, protection, safety or belonging. I have never heard a single story of a child who for no reason turned on their loving and heart broken parents because life without a family is so great. It is not great. It is hard and lonely and sad and it is the last thing any kid wants especially when you know how much your own kids would benefit from connection and belonging in a family. The only reason to give that up is if bitter experience has taught you that these relationships will always be sources of inevitable pain. This is a topic I have written and spoken about at length. I wish so much that Sanaya had delivered an answer to this today because I suspect that they would have questioned your assumptions. 💕

Another [mama] view on this... as an adoring mum we do all that we can... but and we are human. Sigh. A sad surprised mama. I know my sun and i r VERY diff but! I thought the love/connection was bigger than. On his side it wasn't.
It's not always the parent's fault. I can attest. Laying the blame doesn't ever help, and there are two sides to every coin. Self-righteousness blocks learning and healing. Always take responsibility for one's own part, even when it may be unclear to you in the present moment, whether parent OR child.
My children estranged our family with no indication as why. There was no abuse. Our family had been dedicated to the next generation and providing resources, experiences, time for them to explore their likes and dislikes. We truly do not know why. We are not trying to be blameless or righteous. We would like the opportunity to correct. But no Zero contact. It is also the most painful sentence for the family for an unnamed crime. What if there were misunderstandings rather than cruelty on all sides? I love my children. I miss my children. I am open to understand where I went wrong. Having been raised with alcohol and domestic violence myself I vowed at 8 to break the cycle. And I did break it. But clearly something splashed on the next generation. I feel very caught in the generational middle.
OR, if your daughter marries a total narcissist who turns her against you because you don’t have as much money as her millionaire sister and husband and because I got a chronic illness that lasted 21 years. I was a hypochondriac or on drugs, passive aggressive, etc. I can’t begin to tell you the devotion I had to parent that child, and have a high degree of education snd had a 40 year teaching career. He doesn’t even know me nor ever took the time to get to know me, but now they both pass judgments like they are amateur psychiatrists. I’ve never been so hurt! Theres way more to this, and all my friends see that she has changed into a b… ch!!!
Only a couple of days ago, I had asked my Guides to give me a name for them. Didn't hear anything and I thought 'oh well' I guess I don't really need a name. Well yesterday the word 'amigos' came into my mind and I thought that's unusual and then I got excited. They want me to call them 'amigos' the spanish for friends. When I went onto Google to check the spelling I saw that there was a song called 'Amigos Para Siempre' (Friends For Life). That bought tears to my eyes. I checked the lyrics and was overwhelmed with the message. "I don't have to say a word to you You seem to know whatever mood I'm going through Feels as though I've known you forever Means a love that cannot end Friends for life I feel you near me Even when we are apart" More tears... what a beautiful message our Guides have for ALL of us. 🙏🙏

Almost all day yesterday my husband and I looked for a couple of Christmas gifts that we bought a few months ago. I hid them somewhere after we bought them and forgot where I hid them. Today during my meditation I prayed and set the intention for guidance of where I put them. I didn’t really get any answers during my meditation. A few hours after my meditation I felt like I should go check a closet my husband and I had already checked several times and I moved a few things around and found the gifts! I’ve been thanking my guides all day for that!
I had a family member do that with a pair of diamond earrings they were missing for so long that she finally turned to claim into the insurance company and then recently her husband mentioned well I thought you went this Direction with them and lo and behold there they were so she went and wrote the check to the insurance company LOL I cautioned her not to use the word lost she's well I know they're not lost they're in the house I just don't know where

First...I'd like to wish everyone a very happy holiday time. This time last year, my heart was so very bruised and my soul was so sad since I'd lost someone I loved so very much at the end of that October. This year is different in that I'm well above the fog of grief. I still am sad but I am doing so much more for myself. I'm on this wonderful journey and it's my goal that this time next year, I'll be in an even higher state of vibration than I am now. Now...when you were speaking about gratitude I want to show you how it can reward you for more than you expect. Because I have been and still am working my way through PTSD, anxiety, etc...I'm having trouble working...so in a financial sense, I'm struggling. Anyway, I've been saying to myself before I go to bed, I will have money flow to me in expected and unexpected ways, thank you. I'm grateful to recieve money in expected and unexpected ways. This morning, I was trying to think of how I could finagle this or that so I could provide a real nice Christmas for my kids even though money is tight and I can't do the traditional dinner of prime rib and I won't be able to fill their stockings and provide a lot under the Christmas tree...but I'm grateful for what I can provide for them. They are gracious when I tell them, It's not like recent years, I'm sorry. They say, it's okay Mom. We'll be fine. They thank me anyway. So, this morning I was notified that I was going to receive some money and it was completely from an avenue that I thought I would never get. I am so appreciative of that. Maybe not more gifts but it will provide me the ability to make that Christmas prime rib dinner...it helps that I found a grocery store that has that cut of meat on sale...a significant sale price!! :) Sometimes, the smallest of present allows me to be in the present so that I'm totally in the now presence. If that makes sense. lol I will also be able to buy or rent a movie...to expand on that tradition.....as my kids were growing up, we'd watch a movie that was out that year that they all wanted to see but we never got around going to the movie theater, so I'd buy the dvd and we'd watch it while eating our Christmas dinner. :) A wondeful way to end our holiday with each other. I feel spirit everywhere almost all the time now. Thank you Suzanne and your ladies...seeing your beautiful faces and listening to your stories and your answers to what is asked can provide folks who need those answers with so much peace and relief that comes with knowing. I love the questions referring to the ADHD label. I daily tell myself that I am just wired differently there is nothing wrong with me and I need to find the schematics that work for me. I am neurodivergent, not helpless. I'm just a different operating system. 😊
Beverly's comment about them being "good parents" who have been cut off -- doubtful. Nobody knows what kind of parent they are better than their kids, and cutting parents off is a last resort. People can show very different facets of themselves to different people, just as community leaders "who nobody suspects" can be abusers. As far as this "epidemic" as the question put it, I believe it's due to the overall rise in consciousness and rejecting old negative patterns of behavior that some in prior generations refuse to change.
Suzanne, please know this about "our children" ... this is in response to the "pain" or "blessing" expressed here around whether children/loved ones are or are not in touch w their families over the holidays. Pressure to do this is part of only one BS. As you are fond of saying, "look beyond the story." Each soul is ultimately on its own human journey here on earth! It is so very human to bemoan that a loved one (esp our kids) is not coming for a certain holiday or not behaving in a way that we expect or want them to. Why stress over this?! Love them anyway. Look beyond the story. Let them be the wonderful souls that they are in their own right. Perhaps they are called to work out complex issues w/out you. Our "job" as human parents is to bestow our blessed children w as much love and goodness as we can while they are in our care, to share with and learn from them, and then turn them loose on the planet to be all they can be. Whatever that is. If they choose to maintain the human family contact, great - let it all be as fairytale as you desire. If they choose not to, it is all okay. The soul connection remains! Life here is fluid. We connect. We separate. We may come back together. But we cannot force the touchpoints of others and still be soulfully authentic. I was told to share this here. Oh the how spirit makes their own consciousness, I was only thinking this morning of my dear neighbour who died a year ago, she was a feisty 81 year old who led an amazing life as we found out on her funeral. Now she flew planes and I was thinking this morning I wonder if Sue is up there flying around in a plane, well you answered that one for me!
