Loving all of the videos. So excited that you are doing a cookie book. It would be nice if you could mention which cookie doughs can be pre-portioned and frozen to be baked as needed / wanted. Thank you.

Hi. Thank you so much! I can't wait for you to have the cookie book. I do mention in each cookie recipe if it can be stored and frozen. There are also general tips in the Cookie Academy that I think you'll find useful. Cheers, Zoë

My wife absolutely loves your show on HBO Max and bought one of your book recently. The recipes she's done so far have been amazing!! Also she makes your blueberry muffin recipe and as someone who doesn't eat blueberries normally, myself and our two sons can't get enough of them! My wife recently started a sour dough starter. She made her first loaf yesterday and had some troubles with the end result. We are looking forward to your sour dough starter video! Much love from NYC ❤❤❤

Hi! I missed your Q&A so I’m watching the replay. I do have a question. I have to make a wedding cake with pure white frosting, not the off white of buttercream. What is your suggestion for this?

HI Zoe I'm such a huge fan! Thank you for these videos! I would love to try to make bread, but it intimidates me! I worry about where to leave the dough for it to rise. Does it need to be in a warm place? No drafts? I hope I don't sound stupid!

Not at all! It's a completely valid question. If your kitchen is warm enough, you can simply leave it on the countertop. If not, you can put it in the oven while the oven is turned off and just turn the oven light on. It works beautifully!

To the questionnaire, who is vegan, I am not vegan, but I cannot eat eggs. I bake with the Bob’s red meal egg replacer all the time, and my results have been good. However, I stay away from things like custards or things with beaten egg whites like an angel food cake. I just don’t eat them.
