How do you use your laptop to make sure you’re in frame? How can you see what your phone is recording (what program do you use? Cord?) I’ve been trying to figure out how to see what the phone is recording while recording

I have Apple products haha. On my phone I put screen mirroring to either my MacBook Air or my Mini Mac. So whatever my phone is recording, it shows on either one those screens. 😃 I am 100 percent Apple girl all the way.
