Hey!! First understand ki ye hota hay...its fine. Starting mey getting distracted is normal kyuki ur doing something new. So iska solution sirf ye hay ki KEEP AFFIRMING....even if ur distracted....it will work. So don't give up just cuz ur distracted. So just affirm "thank god meri height ____ hay".
