I had asked Suzanne Giesemann that exact same question months ago about how to visualize the light when sending love. She's a medium & channels a group of entities called Sanaya, which includes Jesus & Archangel Michael. Suzanne gave the same answer as Q'uo, .....that the intention is the most important part. It sounds like unless the visualization you use serves to strengthen your intention and amplifies your feeling, then the visualization isn't all that important. That's why Neville G. spoke about the visualizations because they were used to amplify the feeling & experience of the thing as already real. I know I've had same day manifestations which I used almost no visualization, just words & intention, and feeling. If you consider the claims that Paul Selig's guides have brought forth, they also use no visualization. Your video on this was in alignment with the postulated birthday being in the midsummer (Cancer-Leo season). I find this very interesting, especially considering Leo's association with the heart chakra and solar (sol/sun/son) energy.

Wow so this coincides with the 58 minute starseed meditation I did around 1:11 a.m. this morning. Definitely a sign I need to see this. It's interesting what you said about feeling certain kinds of energy and then something happens in the world in the next day or so that quantifies what u were feeling. In the week leading up to the invasion of Ukraine I felt an intense wave of hatred, anger and suffering and I couldn't figure out where it was coming from. I definitely knew it wasn't my own energy, per se but I had no idea what it was connected to. It was overwhelming and I had to do some energy work to shield myself as well as put out positive energy. I barely watch the news anymore and hadn't been watching it for quite a while at that point and wasn't aware of anything in that way. When the invasion started it all became clear as I was inundated with a fresh wave of the same energy. I don't really understand why the negative energy started hitting me multiple days before, but then again, time is irrelevant in the energy of the universe.
I think, like me, like many empaths, you are tuned into the feeling/emotions of others, of the collective, as you have a new sensory organ in your nervous system, and can sense this energy in the form of more sensitive and accurate readings of the local electromagnetic field patterns from the collective mind. sorry it took me so long to get that thought out!

I've definitely always been very sensitive to energy since I was young, as I'm sure many Empaths are. I didn't even know about the term Empath until the last couple years or so and It's been nice to know there's many more out there😊. When I was a tween and teen going to get-togethers and eventually parties with friends, I would just get such a heavy feeling in certain places or around various people and I couldn't figure out why my friends and others usually couldn't feel it, so I just stopped talking about it. Now, there's a whole community of us bumping into each other in places like this and the comments section of other wonderful RU-vidrs whose channels focus on spirituality. It's really wonderful🤗💫✨

Do you think you would ever make a video that’s kind of like a daily routine of what you “should be doing” everyday? I’m using quotes because I know how that sounds. I know there isn’t a one size fits all definitive guide on how to live. It would just be cool if there was one video that took all of the things Quo recommended in one video. For example in the quo meditation video he recommends meditating like 3 times a day but there are also so many other videos where Quo answers a question on how we “should” be doing things. It doesn’t just have to be from quo it can be an amalgam of different elements of a daily routine from various new thought leaders. For example: waking up and meditating, xyz techniques about eating or stretching, things to think about throughout the day, revising the day, wish fulfilled then sleeping. Of course everyone could just incorporate the useful bits into their day and leave off whatever doesn’t serve them. Btw, I love this channel and your content and I appreciate everything you give to us. Thank you ❤️
Her teachings from the original CDT plates via the Guardian Alliance are crazy good. Her cellular memory is incredible, coz they download this knowledge into her mind and it's super technical and unlike anything else around, but she somehow can lecture on it for 8 hours straight. Then again the next day. The CDT plates store everything from our true history, how to prepare the various bodies for ascension and all the ET related information too, and much more. . A body double was mind controlled with holographic inserts tech by the Elohim race to make him have false memories of being the Messiah. He thought he was the Christ. He's the one that got crucified., so the 2 real Christs could continue on threir mission unnoticed. Their missions here were to teach the people how to behave, in the Christos way of living, how to meditate, how to manifest anything using the imagination and faith, how to heal with hands, and accension mechanics. Dudes were here teaching advanced sciences, but you won't find any of that in any of the bibles. Unless it's in a confusing metaphor. Another part of their mission was to get married and have offspring of a few boys and girls to make sure some humans would have the full 12 strands of DNA available. Then they would procreate and so on. Jashua 9 was called that because he had 9 of his 12 strands active, and Jeshua 12 had his 12 strands active upon birth. By the time Jashua 9 left to go home he'd managed to activate his 10th and 11th dna strands. Jashua ascended back to his home through an ascension portal in Tibet, created by one of the Ark of the Covenants. Jeshua 12 ascended back home through the Pyramid of Giza also using one for the Ark of the Covenants. I think it took him back to Sirius A or B. The reason why information conflicts between different channeling sessions of Jesus is because there are 3 souls thst identify as having been Jesus Christ. The 3 I've mentioned. The guy who got crucified was named Muhammad something. Because of what he went through he still tells channelers that he was Jesus. And in a small way he was. I believe the guy Sananda that talks to people nowadays from the higher dimensions was Jeshua 12.

I watched about 15 hours videos on RU-vid first of all, on one channel dedicated to her Freedom Teachings, which has convenient segments of Ashayana workshop videos. The channel is "Voyagers". Great content. But then I got given the Voyagers vol 2 Secrets of Amenti " book of hers which I'd thd most ridiculous detailed book on the truth in existence I'd say. It's a hard book to get through but very juicy info in it. People aren't ready for what's in that book. Then I joined a private FB group dedicated to the KS freedom teachings , where the admin uploaded around 12 or more full length workshop videos from dvd, averaging 6 to 8 hrs each. Those workshop videos are mind blowing. I also watched about 8 other ones on a RU-vid channel b4 up it got deleted for copyright infringement by Ashayana's team. So yeah I've watched around 80 hrs of those lectures I think. Some I've watched twice. I'm an Indigo child so her teachings really attracted me. She teaches about the 3 types of Indigos and what our missions are. How to activate merkabas, light body, plasma body....all sorts of techniques . Activations for your Katharic seal n stuff. I haven't done any of those yet though due to chronic pain and anxiety. I feel like I'm lagging behind , which I am. My conscience mind winter seem to ET me meditate though. I can't relax.
