Oh I thought It was Neville night! Maybe I am being guided to give this a chance but some one told me that I have too many different teachers and I will get confused so I have chosen Neville, Brian, Abraham, Louise Hay, dr. I found my inner teacher when I turned 30 all though I was already seeing auras I had yet to hear my teacher whom I’ve been seeing since I could see and I believe that I would have lost the ability if I had let my parents feed me meat, but it’s different for everyone and like it says in a course in miracles I did find my own teacher just when I’d given up and this teacher told me it was because I’d finally surrendered and they often recommended books and told me to do things that I thought would be very wrong but ended up saving my life in one instance when I was late and they said not to get Ona bus I’d been waiting for and I resisted but obeyed and it was during the London bombings- the suicide bombers I don’t watch the news and I don’t want to talk about it but you see. Some times it looks like things are going wrong but I think it’s something that you will benefit from- a blessing in disguise! Blessings! 💛🌟✨👑✨🌟💛
I witness and observe what I sense is selfishness and hatred every day in the world, far away from me and I experience it within those that are close to me. I wonder if it’s the part of me that senses this to be a mirror that is shown to me and how I view myself.?When I am near these energies I am very uncomfortable and feel disease with the way I feel when I am being shown this experience. When I am away from these energies I do not have the same feelings I go into another space completely. I feel free and feel it necessary to go into gratitude and pray that all that is not of my highest and greatest good to be transmitted into pure love and light. Most recently I have been sensing this topic to be more pronounced than usual and it does make it feel more in compassing. It brings me great sadness, exhaustion and pain. So I cry, I rest and I care for myself a little more. I draw into myself and take time to heal with as little distractions as possible. Hmmm, I do love this topic, lots to contemplate. Q'uo is a bit of a tool sometimes. It has the penultimate picture of reality, but not the ultimate understanding, and this causes it to say some pretty foolish things. It's always good to remember that its viewpoint is limited by the information it has. This whole "service to self vs service to other" concept is too unsubtle to encompass the reality of a human life... or probably any sentient being.
And yet, put differently, how to be a separate self is obviously the challenge of this world, and the biggest challenge to a separate self is how to understand (live with, navigate) self vs other selves.
(1/2) We know there are two selves to us, right? One is fear-based- actually that’s it’s very nature, it doesn’t know anything else, and that’s not a judgement- it just is what is for the purposes of evolution in 3D. And the other is the True self- the Divine aspect of us- which isn’t really an “aspect”- it’s literally who we Really are. And just like hate, revenge, depression etc can be perceived through either filter- through the filter of judgment or compassion. So can selfishness. I’ve always pondered this- the idea of altruism and what is selfishness really. Let’s say I’m a mother, and I want to save my child from something fatal- but in so doing, I know I’ll lose my life. Am I being altruistic? Or let’s say I’m a stranger and it’s another persons child I’m saving at the cost of my own life. Is it “just” to save my child’s life or the other’s child, because I’m being “good”? Or is because if I don’t, I won’t be able to look at myself in the mirror or live with myself because it would hurt too much? Which is it? For me the answer is the latter. And so I’ve come to this conclusion I guess that there is no such thing as altruism, not really. The definition is- disientereated and selfless concern for the well-being of others. Well… it’s not exactly selfless, is it. You still very much care how your actions in the situation you’re presented with, are going to make you feel about yourself. Because we are all doing everything, anything, because in the doing of it, it makes us feel good or better about ourselves. No matter how much you look at it with a microscope- when you get right down to it, we do what we do, for ourselves, for others, because we want to fell good in “ourselves” in the doing of it. You could argue that that is selfish- and it is. But like you said, there’s a difference in how that selfishness manifests and with what “self” you are being “selfish” and who and what it is benefitting. Is it just the self? The small self and it’s need to inflate itself? Or is it also the other people out there who ARE our other selves? If we are all One, then there really is only One self. Right? And I think we’ve come to a point in our spiritual evolution where we really need to embed this knowing in ourselves- that we really are all one- we are all each other, connected, expressing differently. So you’re either serving the True self- the One united self that is everyone “out there” or you’re serving the small separate self- the one you only think is real and seperate. Both are selfish. Just depends what filter you’re manifesting/creating the experience through. I was watching a book adaptation called Room on the Broom by Julia Donaldson, my toddler loves it. And I really paid attention to it this time. Which got me blubbing like a crazy person by the end. Very very simple story but maybe I’m getting more and more sensitive to the feelings of love- I don’t know. But it was almost transcendental; for a kids tv show that’s pretty impressive lol. Anyway, so I mean the story “seems” to be about the goodie and the baddie. But it’s about selfishness I think. The “evil” dragon all but gave the bird, the frog, the cat and the dog to “realize” an opportunity to not just love the witch, but to understand how much they loved and appreciated each other. If it wasnt for that bad dragon, they might have taken an age to manifest and express the love they had for one another. If anything- the dragon was the hero of the story. (Now many would judge the dragon- basically using one’s small self to judge the small self of the dragon, I.e., Seperation consciousness.) He could have eaten the witch with chips- sure. That could have happened. And it happens in real life. But it also provides a catalyst- not to the physical small self, but to the soul. It looks horrifying from our human perspective- there are horrors out there, but… from our soul’s perspective, it seems like it’s the “selfish” ones who provide the catalyst and the opportunity for soul growth (but you have to choose it). Which more often than not, is unpleasant to the human. Very much so. But when you pan out, which you have to if you’re not going to come at this with the ego- it’s actually like symmetry. It all fits and connects together in a way our human mind- the separate mind cannot figure out and it never will. You can’t use your mind to see wholeness, because it’s very nature is separateness. You have no choice but to perceive with the Higher self of you- and I think that’s maybe what they mean when they talk about hate and negativity being a distortion of love. So… we could join the dragon’s small self and keep our vibration there where nothing can ever improve and in fact devolve into more chaos, or we can step back back back and see what’s really going on here.
(2/2) There is nothing BUT love- but that love will be expressed AND perceived very differently depending through which “self” the entity is identifying with. Self-loathing is actually a “shadow” of self-love- the real truth is your adore yourself, you- the REAL you knows your true infinite Worth- and that’s the light. But when you see yourself through the small self- you’re looking at a shadow (absent of light) and you’re focussing on what is not real- a shadow isn’t actually real but it IS evidence of a light source. Which hurts like hell, literally- untruth hurts. The part of you that is serenely and simple Awareness of “what is”- the you that doesn’t judge, because it cant is the divine “you”. The second you’re in judgment, is the moment you’re back in the separate you that you chose to identify with. What I love about Q’uo is that they never ever discriminate between service to self and to service to others. They never say one is better than the other. It is what it is- and each provides a way to Source eventually in its own way. Service to self will only go so far until it realises there’s no way it can go further unless it polarises the other way. And this is what we need to learn. To stop pushing against those who choose service to self. We can still learn from them, we can still use that as a catalyst for our own growth, we can still say “bring it on”- bring on the opportunity to help me grow. I’ll take as a gift instead of seeing it as a punishment and joining in the lower vibration that you have chosen. I don’t need to buy into, but I can elevate it within myself. I love that about Q’uo. THAT is unconditional love. And yeah it’s really hard for us to see it that way, when we’re in the ego. But it’s not impossible. If you can love your child no matter what- and I mean no matter what- then it is literally possible to love another no matter what. But you have to clear the lifetime of judgments we’ve been taught to integrate within ourselves. You just have to be able to feel like that for one human being, for you to know it’s possible to feel like that about the entire human race. I’m not saying accept horrible behaviours and atrocities, I’m saying beyond that. Understanding beyond that level. It is possible to not accept a thing and still come at it with true love. My child threw a massive tantrum and slapped me in the eyeball of all places so hard it bruised. Some might have screamed and shouted in thoughtless reaction. My ego was tempted, I’ll tell you. But she is literally incapable of thinking beyond what she wants right now and here. She’s in the moment and she’s in ego. Her body was literally shaking with the masses of energy she needed to expel. It’s all she has to work with before- well from what I understand, the idea is that the “Thought Adjuster” wakes up in the child around age 4-5 and that’s when they’re able to start showing signs of putting others first, or thinking beyond themselves. Which seems to make sense because so far it’s me me me. But… I know better- so I use her awful behaviour as catalyst to love her anyway- not the behaviour, but HER, to perceive beyond her pain and rage, and see that what she “really” wants is to feel better. She believes the only way to do that is to give me a black eye. So it doesn’t take much to see that there is a whole planet full of human adults who just don’t have the ability right now to think beyond me me me. My survival, my pleasure, my happiness. Something had gotten terribly distorted along the way- they sure weren’t like that as a new born baby. So I can use THEIR behaviour to remember who I really am- or to join them in their illusion. It’s super hard, but it’s doable. I think we all struggle with that. But it is a matter of intention and what “self” you’ve consciously, intentionally decided to choose to align with. You choose ot every morning when you wake, when you’re checking in with yourself during the day and before bed. You intend it. How do you know that that “selfish”, ‘service to self’ one didn’t make an agreement with you pre-incarnation to show you yourself to yourself? That you agreed that this one would give you the opportunity to love in the face of hate? Seems almost impossible from our human perspective because it is; the ego is incapable of loving. But that selfish one might be the very one here to remind you that you are NOT your ego and please, please wake up and remember who you are. And then you have to wonder, when you really take a step back, who is the real hero here? IF you choose to allow it, it ALL serves Love. There are no villains and heros from the perspective of the soul, we are just all in this together, walking each other home in billions of different ways… literally each human being a lesson and reminder to the next. It’s like The Guides say (Selig), are you face forward climbing up the mountain side and attending to your worth and the truth of all? Or are you constantly looking behind you and pointing to this and that and the other that you think you need to go back and attend to? What are you choosing to attend to?
This was amazing and spoke to me all the way through. I’ve always thought the great contradiction in all of this is that in trying to be enlightened and reach the higher self or wonder if you are a star seed or even just to serve others in order to serve the self as Quo stated is all highly fuelled with self absorption. What Quo said about the marriage state I believe to be true. What Quo said about hatred and judgement is what I’m going through right now in ACIM. It’s the very mainstay of this book. Thanks Brian. Quo understands the human condition which is refreshing to hear.
I bet if they knew they were going to be attacked, if they understood the danger, they wouldn't have done this work. I wonder if Quo ever told them about the danger.. Remember, you are light created in God's image and have the power of Yeshua within you. You can cast away dark attackers in Yeshua's name, but you must assert your authority and you must not have any fear or doubt about it. You should know and understand this before hand..

All entities are of the Christ consciousness, and the eyes with which you look at those entities are eyes infinite in their ability to channel the one original thought of the infinite Creator. Love." I wanted to highlight this short section of dialog because it is so very important to remaining in a positive orientation within one's self. "Service to others" like any other phrase can be misappropriated, and misused. It can become an evocation to a duty bound, religious, mindset which actually bypasses the central message and, once again, places the soul in a quandary of conflicting obligations. The greatest service anyone can render to another is to see them through the eyes (and heart) of the Christ consciousness. Like recognizing like. If we fail at this first touchstone the message is already lost and our soul continues on in pointless struggle, not gaining the single foothold that would propel it forward.

You know so much and find such good information. Would love to see a video on mental illness. The stigma is working wonderfully fooling ppl into thinking there is something wrong with them. Also, mediation, yoga, the literature, videos like this etc seem to have an affect. I cant say it cures it because I haven't been consistent enough with practices but for the last week I have been its having some effect. I did as you said, even if it feels like it's not working just do it everyday and man! If you're reading this just getting into this listen to this video while you're out. See how you feel. I already began to change finding the unity unconditional love info but listening to this while doing errands seeing ppl I can't stand felt different. I felt love and a form of symbiosis, a field as you say. Emanating from us both, mixing together. I thought how funny it is we hate ppl we think we don't know but we do know because we are each other. This video is eye opening but even more so if you see life moving and strangers passing by. You can feel a change when ppl you hated with passion that you felt are your enemies you now question, I know why this came in that situation but now why don't I feel the same? Now that is a good example of knowledge is power.

in the work of quantum healing hypnosis founder, Dolores Cannon. she discovers that often we make soul contracts w other souls before our incarnations, in order to provide distinct scenarios so that we can experience distinct things. Since each incarnation is all about different experiences, some have to play the protagonist, the antagonist,, in the soul contracts we agree upon catalysts (events) that can be used to keep us on our path to experience what we want. All this is done at the soul level on the other side of the veil of forgetfulness, which we agree to assume that veil at birth. with the veil, We don't remember what we agreed to and therefore must attempt to have those experiences and learn from them. during the later quantum healing hypnosis sessions, the soul contracts can be released if the lessons have been learned.. it's very complex but very healing for the individual in physical & emotional ways. for work and Quantum Healing hypnosis (QHHT) is fascinating and 100% connects the dots of what's really happening in our reality & how we see our world..each person is experiencing their own agreed upon soul contracts, different players playing different roles for the sake of spiritual experience. when we don't see the larger picture it makes for a very challenging world.
