Very useful video. Thanks for taking the time to produce it. I was about ready to return my Q18. I have installed a 32GB SIM card in the slot you pointed out. It seems to work somewhat. I can find the photos that were on the card, but when I go to some of the apps, they still say 'Install SIM." Happens on Facebook, Twitter, and what appears to be a maps function. What am I doing wrong? It would be great if you did another video going over each of the apps that come with the phone and how best to use them and connect them.
You did not installed a sim card, you installed a microsd card for extra storage capacity, a sim card is a card that allows you to have service from your provider directly to your phone.
Q18 smart watch and dz09 are the same or have some difference. I have dz09 .and it has no working internet in it just bluetooth conectivity works.. also I want strap for dz09 watch which is broken
Is the whatsapp working without connecting to Bluetooth, just stand alone watch with whatsapp? I want to know pls before buying this kind . Appreciate your answer

Happy new Year.... I do have a question.. I did receive the Q 18 smart watch and I do seem to have a problem in activating it.... When I do puy it on all I see is the clock with the date to the right... a shoe on the top are heart at the bottom and the days of the week to the left... I have moved all 4 directions and cannot seem to get the basic major apps.... Is there something wrong with the watch or is there something I'm not doing.... Please help

I was able to get everything synced at the phone was found but when I try to access WhatsApp it's saying that I need to install it so it's not syncing with WhatsApp or Facebook. The SIM card is in the smartwatch. So why would that be happening? And do I need to save my apps to my SIM card? Because I think the apps are just on the phone.
I bought one of these Q18 smart watches off the internet and I am not having any luck with it at all. It won't charge and it won't even turn on!! I opened the back of it after I watched a little bit of your video and it seems I may be missing the battery!! It came from quzongfan in China. Maybe there is a different watch like mine. Still I can't get it to come on.!! Bad sign
IT does not stream music to external audio output. RU-vid other Video may have streamed the Music from mobile to two output via Bluetooth, if phone supports.
How to get the Q18 Sport Smartwatch to work with the SimValley app? Bluetooth notify works but doesn't sync for steps, sleep ect. With the SimValley app on the phone.
Dear Kamela, Q18 smart watch directly work with Bluetooth for pairing to mobile. Apps like Simvalley, BT notification, BT smart watch etc... are assisting to gather the data from watch bt with limited function. Q18 has step count and sleep monitoring manual (its not sensor driven unlike available smart bands in the market) which does not sync with any of the application as of now.

Dear, you asked few questions - 1) to connect internet on Smart Watch - you need to use SIM card data network for internet. 2) Install WhatsApp and Twiter - This is not possible in this watch because it does not support any additional software installation in watch.
Dear Ehud, 1) No you may not be able to use for NFC payment. 2) It's very basic smart watch which does not have the Sleep, BP and HR function. For these functions, yo may need to see smart bracelets or other middle and high end good smart watches
