Titan had a unique model of hedging against fluctuations of Gold price, where they would keep Gold on rent and pay the price of gold on the day of sale. This would make no profit/loss effect due gold price change between buying & selling. Does Kalyan & other jwellery buisness also have so? I don't know actually, can you tell
Hi, I watch most of your videos and like your thought process. However, I would like to know how you ensure corporate governance is not an issue with these small companies that are yet to mature. This is because, over the long term, more indian companies have destroyed the wealth of share holders than they created.
If the sales of gold jewellery, etc has been preponed due to GST impact.. Don't you think that SSG will decline for upcoming quarters.. It can't be that just because prices have fallen they will keep on buying gold every qtr..
