It happens. I was in maximum security with a guy convicted of raping his teenage son’s ex-girlfriend. Medical evidence showed the girl lied because she was still a virgin, but the State had that medical exam evidence suppressed at trial. The guy easily won his appeal, but while he was in prison his life was rough. Another guy was convicted of killing his infant child. He won his appeal because the admission of guilt from his girlfriend was suppressed. Don’t expect to win a trial with a public defender. Spend your time in the law library and start preparing your appeal.

I was falsely convicted of killing my wife and sent to prison. But after gaining favor with the warden for keeping the finances in order, I was able to escape through a tunnel I dug with a small rock hammer, and a sewer pipe. I was able to make it to Mexico where I still live today.
I was also falsely convicted and sent to prison. The guy in the next cell was digging a tunnel, so, the night he escaped, I broke into his cell and stuck his poster back to the wall to buy him some time, cus no way he could have stuck it back there from inside the tunnel. Then I escaped in a much cooler way than my noobie neighbor.

For those who think they are safe of having a Chomo Tag put on them. Here is my story. I had a niece (8yrs old) had accused me of molesting & having intercourse her. My wife kept this info from me as she knows who I am and my past history. I was a sitting duck, unaware a loaded shotgun pointed at my head. Our niece was living with us as her father was in the can for DUI. Her social worker would come by to see her. Really it was to see my interactions with her and her interactions with me (molested children can not hide their fears or distrust or body language very well. Easy to spot with experience in dealing with victimized children of abuse.). Thank God, the social worker did her homework and was also very experienced with dealing with abused children, and did not jumped into a blind conclusions. After a few surprise visits, and a legal & underground background check on me, she knew that the accusions against me was total BS. She grilled her for the truth. Well it was my Fucken Brother-in-Law (her father in the can). I was visiting him (remember, I was unaware of any of the above at this time). Out of nowhere, he suddenly blurted out " I am innocent. It's all lies. I never touched ####. Please, please believe me. " I looked over to my wife, she just shooked her head, No. I blew a fuse, if not for the bullet-proof glass, I would of ripped him apart. I instead put a green light on him (PC or not). One of my many associates was there visiting with his old lady. He got smashed good before the CO's stopped what was coming his way. I later found out the above and kicked the little bitch out to the system. To this day (some 35 years later), I still hate her. I know she was just a frighten kid and made a big mistake. But that mistake would of cost me and anyone who dared to believed it, our life. Watching Shaun's videos makes it even more clear, the death sentences she placed on me and others. No amount of sorry's can fix that. Since then, I stay away from helping abused children or women. Breaks my heart to be this way, but " the danger is too high a price, for giving a shit & helping."
My friend did 6months in tent city for multiple DUI's. He said the hardest part was the hygiene. Like he would bunk next to homeless people, people with aids that kind of stuff.
At least there is justice for the children who's innocence and future happiness is taken away by these monsters. Wish there is equal justice for those who got away with their crime waiting for them on the other side.
I fear for the men (relatives, teachers, social workers etc) who have been set up for kiddie fiddling when they obviously haven't, but are convicted by a dishonest legal system that is hell-bent on getting a prosecution at ALL costs just to look good in the public arena. I was arrested for throwing a deadly missile in an occupied vehicle.I got put on two years probation.but before I could be transferred I caught another charge while locked up.I beat up an inmate and the judge violate my probation and given a year in jail followed by deportation

Is medium/maximum security more scary than the ADX Florence Supermax? The Supermax sounds terrifying due to the isolation, but I'd imagine there's a lot more danger in medium or maximum security gen pop?
I'd guess that once you get used to the daily routine in general population, it's gotta be better than a lifetime of solitary confinement. Especially if you have a reasonable release date.

I never went to prison but I did a lot off stupid stuff that could have gotten me sent to prison. Many of my comments are highlighted on aps. Why would prison have good guys? The whole point of prison is to get scum off streets and good guys on the streets... every now and again you get a decent guy in prison but by no means are they "good guys" (excluding false charges and other shady shit)

Its handled slightly differently. No yelling or intimidation, just 3 guys rock up to your cell and ask for your paperwork. You hand it over, they look, then they give it back. Was in Towers (same place Shaun went) for Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

I have been to prison and I have to say people lie there all the time to earn some respect. Example I doubt someone would cut their nuts off and live. Where the medical reports. You tell this story with no evidence backing it up and meeting Saddam Hussein pilote I think is false to. Anybody can say that just to earn some respect but I know it's complete not true.
