Everyone speaks from his or her own personal experience. Sometimes we come across events which are true but cannot be explained. Something similar happened to me. I was visiting Karachi on official business trip. The meeting got postponed and it shifted on to Monday and I was stuck for the weekend in Karachi. Having no desire to sit alone in a hotel room, I asked my company driver to take me to Thatta Sindh, where I wanted to see river Indus entering the sea. When I reached Thatta, I noticed a mound where some people were visiting. On inquiry I came to know that it was Makli, which is one of the largest graveyards of India/ Pakistan. For some reason, I decided to visit the graveyard. I came across lot of historic buildings / mausoleums dating back to Mughal period, with beautiful calligraphy showing Persian and Arabic verses. As I was in a graveyard, i was constantly reciting Darood Sharif and praying for all the Muslims, especially those who were buried over there. I kept walking trying to discover more and more, reading the epitaphs while praying for the deceased all the. time. While doing so, I came across a grave which for some reason I thought belonged to some wali Allah. The person buried there being a descendent of Sheikh Abdul Qadir Jillani. I decided to take some time and make special prayer for the gentleman. I did so. While I offered prayer for him, I suddenly noticed very nice and strong perfume all around me. After making my prayers at the grave / mausoleum of the gentleman I walked a bit more all around and then decided to move back towards my car which was parked outside the graveyard. The perfume / nice scent stayed with me. I was totally amazed as in tradition of Pakistani graveyards, the Makli graveyard is not very well kept. It was summer afternoon. There was no possible source for the perfume scent which was visible. Yet it was undeniable and it stayed with me, all the way up to the time I left the graveyard. So these things happen. We cannot discard them, if we cannot verify ourselves through our limited knowledge or education. Secondly, one should always make prayers for other Muslims and those buried, when visiting the graveyard. Especially reciting the Darood Pak is very good thing to do. This is my personal experience, I am professionally qualified engineer and not given to unfounded fancies.

It is like any other matter action reaction but it doesn't have any spiritual, heavenly or sublime award/effect to a dead body lying in a grave. Whatever award or grant by Allah Almighty is, is on the soul روح.

Good translation faizan

Miracles are possible like Ashaab e Kahaf mentioned in the Quran( Surah Kahaf) who were kept asleep by Allah in a cave for 309 years and their dog guarded them throughout until they woke up-their bodies without decaying with time. Another example in Quran(Surah Al-Baqrah Verse 259) is of a person--said to be Hazrat Uzair--who was put to death/sleep by Allah for 100 years when, on seeing a town in ruins, he had asked as to how Allah would raise the dead. When he woke up after 100 years, he was asked for how long he had remained so. He guessed “a day or part of it” and was told that he had remained so for 100 years and told further to look at his food and drink which were still fresh while his donkey was lying only in a heap of bones.

Read Hadees i am sendind Al-Bara’ ibn ‘Azib reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Verily, when the believer is ready to depart the world and is facing the Hereafter, angels from heaven descend with bright faces, as if their faces were the sun, with them are the shrouds and perfumes of Paradise, until they sit from him a distance as far as the eye can see. Then, the angel of death, upon him be peace, comes until he sits by his head and he says: O pure soul, come out to the forgiveness of Allah and His pleasure! He takes it out like a drop from a water-skin and holds it, never to leave his hand for the blink of an eye until he places it in that shroud and perfume. The scent coming from it is more pleasant than any musk you would find on the face of the earth. He ascends and passes by no gathering of angels but that they say: What a pure spirit! They say he is this person, son of this person, calling him by the best names by which he was known in the world, until he stops at the lowest heaven and seeks entry and it will be opened for him. The company of each heaven bring him closer to the heaven following it until he stops at the seventh heaven. Allah Almighty will say: Write the record of My servant in the righteous register and return him to the earth, for from it I created them, to it I return them, and from it I will take them out once again. His spirit will be returned to his body and two angels will come to sit by him, saying to him: Who is your Lord? He will say: My Lord is Allah. They will say: What is your religion? He will say: My religion is Islam. They will say: Who is this man sent you? He will say: He is the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him. They will say: How did you know? He will say: I read the Book of Allah, had faith in it, and believed in it. A heavenly announcement will be made: My servant has spoken the truth! Spread out carpets for him in Paradise, clothe him for Paradise, and open a gate for him to Paradise! Its comforts and fragrances will come to him and his grave will become spacious as far as his eye can see. A handsome man, with fine clothes and wonderful fragrance, will come and say: Glad tidings of what pleases you, for this was your Day you were promised! He will say: Who are you with such a handsome face? He will say: I am your righteous deeds! He will say: O Lord, begin the Hour that I may return to my family and property!” The Prophet continued, “Verily, when the unbeliever is ready to depart the world and is facing the Hereafter, angels descend from heaven with darkened faces and with them sack-cloth. They will sit away from his as far as the eye can see. Then, the angel of death approaches until he sits by his head and he says: O filthy soul, come out to the displeasure of Allah and His wrath! He will be separated from his body like the tearing of skewers from wet wool and he holds it in his hand, never to leave it for the blink of an eye, until he places it in this sack-cloth. The scent coming from it is like the most foul corpse found upon the face of the earth. They will ascend with him and not pass by a gathering of angels but that they say: What a filthy spirit! They say he is this person, son of this person, calling him by the ugliest names by which he was known in the world, until he stops at the lowest heaven. They will request it to be opened for him but it will not open.” Then, the Prophet recited the verse, “The gates of heaven will never open for them, nor will they enter Paradise, until the camel goes through the eye of the needle,” (7:40). The Prophet said, “Allah Almighty will say: Write his record in the wicked register in the lowest earth. His spirit will be thrown down,” then the Prophet recited the verse, “It is as though he had fallen from the sky and was snatched by the birds or the wind carried him down into a remote place,” (22:31). The Prophet said, “His spirit will return to his body and two angels will come to sit by him, saying to him: Who is your Lord? He will say: Uh, uh, I do not know! They will say: What is your religion? He will say: Uh, uh, I do not know! They will say: Who is this man sent to you? He will say: Uh, uh, I do not know! A heavenly announcement will be made: He has lied! Spread carpets for him in Hellfire and open a gate for him to Hellfire! Its heat and its flames will approach him, and he will be squeezed in his grave until his ribs press together. An ugly man, with hideous clothing and a foul stench, will approach him and say: Glad tidings of what despairs you, for this is your Day you were promised! He will say: Who are with your evil face? بہت احتیاط کیساتھ ایسے موضوعات پر بات کرنی چاہیے . ہم بھی جانتے ہیں کہ ہم اور جیسے ڈی کمپوز ہی ہونگے لیکن اللہ کبھی کبھی انسانوں کو کچھ دکھاتا ہے مثلا بہت ہی اتینٹک زرایع سے کہہ رہا ہوں کہ پشاور میں صوفی شاعر عبدالرحمان بابا کی قبر کو کھولا گیا کیونکہ بہت ڈیمیج ہوا تھا اور موجودہ مزار بنانا تھا اپ یقین کریں اس عالم دین نے کہا کہ میں چونکہ بار بار یہ تاکید کرتا کہ جب بھی قبر کھولنی ہو تو اپ نے مجھے بلانا ہے تو جب قبر کھولی اور دیکھا تو یقین نہیں ارہا تھا یہاں تک کہ چہرے کو ہاتھ لگایا بالکل جیسے سو رہے ہوں تین سو سال بعد بھی .... کیونکہ وہ اپنی زندگی میں کہہ گیا تھا ایک انتہایی خوبصورت شعر میں امانی بہ د لحد پہ مینح کیی پروت وی کہ چا زان کڑو امانی پہ دے دنیا کہ سالم پڑا رہے گا قبر میں جس نے سالم رکھا خود کو اس جہاں میں.....

If you want to see the ignorance level of our people, mostly imparted by our uneducated mullahs, look no further than the comment section of this short under 3 mins video. I listen Ghamdi, and appreciate but let me tell that he is not perfect, he is also disliked by many due to his sometime totally having different opinion. Hence, here I do not agree with hispoint of view.
