First class with quanta’s is never the same like it is with Emirates or Singapore Air. It’s like their business class……I have tried this - never I fly first with quanta’s if I have a choice to use Singepore or Emirates
I hope you’re not suggesting that Qantas A380 F is like business class on Emirates or Singapore Airlines. It clearly isn’t like Emirates business class!😂
Qantas First Class is so so much less than Singapore Airlines Business Class in every way - from the seating to the service to the food/drink and even to the bathrooms, I've done both and wish I could get a refund from Qantas
Not that impressed.... not with your vlog, but with quantass...they have made some big business boo boos recently, and their first class is not a patch on Emirates or quatar or even Singapore...looked like decent grub ..but a seat with windows, and you have to get up to look out??....that design needs changing..and that person who thought that was a good idea, needs to take up plumbing instead....I use Emirates or Singapore to get to Oz from UK...never would use quantas...or apple products...ethics ..neither of these two have them...and quantass doesn't have class either .safety movie was innovative 👍...that served a purpose...it's stuck in my head ..
I use points on QF RTW fare as too prohibitive cost and SQ F fares lower to Europe and amazing difference all round. QF catering ordinary and you get a ice cream cup for dessert in F class and most travellers off duty crew and staff
This looks like a solid F class product and the cabin is very roomy because it on the first level. I don’t need a closing door on my suite and the reverse herringbone design is very spacious with the swiveling seat. The big disappointment is the lavatory facility, which like BA’s, is totally pedestrian. (Saudia’s 787 business class restroom near 2L is twice this size.) People really do appreciate a room large enough to easily move about to change clothes. Emirates, Lufthansa, and others have 2 expansive restrooms in their F cabins at the top of the stairs - Emirates, of course, with the shower spas that are great at the end of an LAX-DXB flight. The downside of Emirates and others is the curvature of the fuselage is such that the F cabins are rather tight, with narrow aisles. Catering on this flight didn’t look all that appetizing to me - was it only me who notice how dry and overcooked the beans were?! The untoasted almonds didn’t help. The steak looked pretty good, though. I’m surprised that odd ice cream concoction was a first class dessert - maybe he asked for it like that? Breakfast looked OK, but that was it? For me, catering and beverage is where Qantas could easily up its game. Come on guys, no self-respecting airline serves some of those liquors in its premium cabin (it’s very noticeable and it doesn’t cost that much more). I’ve never flown Qantas, but I’d give them a try on a trans-Pacific on an A380. But, I would hope things like duvets and mattress pads are used on those long flights. I would also expect on-demand dining and nicer meal offerings (lose the blini and minute caviar dollop - if a proper service can’t be done, replace it with something else!). I think the hard product (minus the little lavatories) looks quite nice.

I have been asked to check in at busy J counters when F class was understaffed. In 55 SQ premium flights never a problem or delay and they rarely upgrade.Korean in fact never upgrade to F and on 44 flights,never more than 2 pax and on one sector Matt Damon was the other.
excellent in flight meal service. Hm the caviar and that vintage champagne. In the states you dont get that served at all. Well, there is no international first class cabin on offer by any U.S. carrier. A nightmare. Again excellent vid excellent service. Plus why should a guy not wear a skirt?
Simply untrue. There isn’t a business class anywhere as spacious as this A380 F cabin and particularly the suite. I agree that a door would be nice since the spacious suite could easily accommodate one. It is more spacious than Emirates F.

The plant-based tofu dumplings looks good though! Great video. Wished they had doors for privacy beside the seat. Other than that it's really spacious!
The first class 'toilets' on the QF A380s are just .. sad. 'Dunny' LOL! What on EARTH were their designers/Airbus thinking? Cost cutting? Singapore, Emirates, Qatar, Lufthansa have sizeable F Class restrooms/bathrooms. The grey/red QF F Class pyjamas are tacky as well. C'mon Qantas .. lift your game. Just sayin' ...
I believe the lavatories are the same on BA F. Downstairs on either side of the staircase next to the front doors - stock Airbus design. While I much prefer the upstair lavatories at the top of the staircase, the F class cabins up there in are shoehorned into a much narrower space with ultra-curved ceilings. Those cabins include Emirates, Lufthansa, etc. Downstairs like Singapore, BA, and Qantas is a much nicer cabin.

All I could see which is picky but when you’re paying good money is all the food and crumbs not vacuumed in beside the chair and underneath. Not really good enough.
My God, that is the most underwhelming first class I have ever seen. Imagine paying top dollar and walking on the plane to this. PE and business on the likes of Emirates or Singapore would even be an improvement on this.
Fairly ordinary for first class, not happy with qantas these days, it’s not the old qantas, as an Australian it pains me that I would not choose qantas as my first choice any more Tip to qantasSTAY OUT OF POLITICS
I think it is odd and unfair, 1st class passengers can go anywhere they like on the plane but if an economy passenger tries to even use the loo in 1st or business they are snarled at!
The reason you can buy an economy ticket is because of the profit they make on first and business class tickets. From what I believe economy is a break even affair.
We paid lot of money to go business class from Sydney ,Bangkok return, the staff just ignored us , the food was wrong what we ordered , worst flight ever ,they have lost our business
And they charge the same as emirates I fly to the US on business 5 times a year I used to fly Qantas via LAX Out of stupid loyalty and points etc but the points system is a full scale rip off Emirates FC is vastly superior via Dubai it’s worth the extra time
Not impressed with first class. Qantas have gone down, in service and quality. I'm an Aussie, but would never fly Qantas, due to their wokeness😡😡 Men in skirts 😂😂 I prefer Singapore, or one of the Arab Airlines🎉

Absolutely agree. That airline ripped Australian taxpayers off with tens of millions of dollars during the pandemic , only to SACK thousands of workers!!
Actually, it looks like the food has been improved a little. The amenities are still very ordinary and the seats are dated, but it does look a little better than the last few times I’ve don’t QF First to Europe and back.
