That breakfast is what ANA serve in economy for breakfast.

I have flown QF a lot over the last few months to the US. Extremes of very poor and top notch service. The real poor service was on some QF11 and QF12 services. Great service on one QF11, QF7 and QF 26. Per your video I had very good service flying American back to Sydney from LAX which I didn’t expect. So hard to pick these days.

Surprised that people are still willing to go overseas with Qantas

Good lord, the food was just very lacking. I would be so angry is I actually paid money to fly them in JCL.

We recently flew internationally with xiamen airways ( I'm Australian) and this low cost Chinese airline absolutely smashes qantas for price, service , food and reliability. Qantas have become a joke in the last decade.

Working in China I flew domestic and Int on Xiamen MF IN J AND F and agree a great and safe outline. Lovely service except custpmer service by phone in China. My PA translated my wishes. Safe travels

Too bad the crew didn't respond to the call button. If they had, this would have been an excellent experience with Qantas.

Shame about the customer service recent management changes don't seem to have made any difference.

I'm Australian and haven't flown Qantas for years. The food looked very ordinary for what you'd pay in business class. In 2023 I flew Qatar Qsuites from Melbourne to Doha and then Doha to LA and then return a month later. All 4 legs of my flight the food and service was phenomenal. There is no comparison with regard to the food. Disappointing for Qantas.

A great reminder why I fly Singapore Airlines. When did ‘vegetarian’ turn into ‘plant based dining’? I wouldn’t watch the ‘safety’ video either. So much virtue in modern Australia.

I am LT GOLD and after many QF flights out of HKG and Tyo in all classes over 20 yeard got sick of QFJand waitlist upgrades and even a J downgrade where I was never refunded. I booked J today on CX to TYO J class for 3500aud half of QF No comparison.

A good summary, but it could be significantly shorter if you trimmed the l-o-n-g minutes of taxi-ing & then cruising to altitude along with lots of footage of an engine & clouds.
