Why did you expect a touch screen in First? That doesn’t make any sense, coz you are sitting far from the screen and you will not be able to touch anything, if you don’t move up every time you want to act with the screen.

great lounge (a cathedral, museum alike) but poor ground service an no privacy in first class! a bit disappointing...

There are only 8 FC passengers. No need for different boarding.

As OW Emerald for years, it pains me to say it but I will. Front of the bus on QR is overpriced and overrated. I’d rather prefer EK was in OW, but not possible given that they own IAG and Cathay

Ground staff need major improvement - service is not that great

you come across as very pretentious and entitled, moaning that you have to board at the same time as business pax!

I just think the gateway airports of the middle east are just stupid. You have to be a destination as well...I think they should spend more time becoming a little bit more welcoming or safeguard individuals that have the purchasing power to visit but are uncertain about the what ifs...as a gay man I probably won't be visiting the middle east anytime soon. No matter what anyone says about this city or that city being safe and etc. I feel like those governments or societies can on a dime just turn on you and you have no safeguards in place. I even think China is a little bit like this as well.. I think they cater to the traveler a little better.. but I am still skeptical to visit.. even though I would love to visit a lot of places...I value their way of life and respect it, but sorry I am not gambling on it.
