Nice review Josh! A few notes as RU-vid’s resident QR fan/critic😉 The 787-9 is being used to test full-resumption of service on certain routes so you still won’t see the same presentation on any other aircraft sadly! Also, there still is no candle and hot towels are only on long-haul routes😭 Btw, you should try the tortellini sometime!🌱

Hi Josh, thanks for another good video. As Dan mentioned, the candle / hot towel are not back yet, meal on a tray. Furthermore, not sure if you guys have noticed that Qatar used to offer 4 main course options, now down to 3. If fly Qsuite, they used to provide a separate single one page of snacks / light meals (lots options) beside the “snacks” on the main menu, now it’s gone. Although it’s not a big deal, but actually it seems like Qatar also has a bit of cost cutting on the catering.

I’ve flown in Qatar Airways many times and there Cabin Crews are amazing, they are so patient even with the most chaotic passengers who won’t get out of our seats, so then we got an upgrade 😊

Very informative and interesting! My British husband and I (Filipina) always watching you from UK 🇬🇧 I would love to have the amenity kit 🎀 simply because I myself is a Breast Cancer survivor (was diagnosed with breast cancer stage 3 last December 2019, had my surgery last January 2020, had my treatments during the start of pandemic last year, had my recent mammogram and my surgeon and oncologist said I’m now cancer free. Although I still need to take my cancer drugs) hoping I will be the lucky one to win that kit! Thank you and keep safe

QATAR Airways really are a cut above, both in economy and business class imho. Took business from Amritsar to Oslo 2 years ago. Very impressed in both the product and service. Top review Josh. God bless.

I have to wait till spring before I can travel(I'm not allowed out in winter for health reasons), and then I'm catching a Virgin flight to Manchester, UK. I’m from Singapore traveling to Egypt soon on December will be sitting on economy class. It would be lovely to experience Business Class amenities! That is is the only upgrade i can afford to get from you 😆!

Amazing review, Josh! I love the airport of my city, seeing Malpensa is lovely as always :)) and I dream to fly on Qatar Airways at sometimes!! As poor as my suggestion is ...please don't cut the take off! ;)) there are a lot of geeks like me that eager to see the exact point of the runway where the plane takes off and how many seconds it takes hahaha, I know it sounds crazy! I just flew Qatar business for the first time in November on this aircraft. I was really excited to experience Qatar business, and it did not disappoint. Everything about the in-flight experience was flawless. The airport, however, let me down a bit. While the physical structure is magnificent, I found most of the staff (both local and expat) not every customer customer service oriented. I also found the visa and COVID protocols to be confusing and onerous. Still, I'd fly Qatar again in a heartbeat.
Great review. Qatar is also my top pick, but as Dan noticed, the onboard service is not fully back to normal. Love the way you criticize without being rude or impolite, and at the same time conveying the important message. 👍
Husband and I traveled BusClass on Qatar 4 years ago, and while I'd recommend the flying experience, there is *NO* way to reissue the damage dinner to Qatar/Doha's reputation based on how I was treated... A married woman, travelling with her husband, dressed appropriately and modestly was SERIOUSLY disrespected the whole time! Women, stay away from this airline AND Doha as a destination!

Hi Josh, My wife & I both "most thoroughly" enjoyed this review (the first one by you we have ever viewed), and we are now even more excited about our upcoming flights (MXP-DOH - B787 / DOH-BNE - B777) with Qatar in Business Class, being able to experience the new seats on the Dreamliner, as well as Qsuites on the 777.
Josh very interesting review the Business suite looked so comfortable. Slightly startled loo review tho ! The cabin seemed very smart too , as do Qatar airways aircraft 👍. England 🏴 for the World Cup 😀

Love dine on demand. When I flew with them start of 2020, I ate my food at dinner time, 3 hours into the flight , rather than lunch so I could have a nap (had a heavy night drinking before )
