REALLY disappointed to see how bad Qatar Airways has become. I used to live in Qatar and Kuwait and loved flying Qatar Airways. I’m moving back soon and saw the Josh Cahill video about what QA has become and found it really sad. What’s worse is, in an authoritarian temper tantrum, instead of taking the high road and apologizing to Josh, QA banned him from flying on the airline. Whatever pathetic child that is running Qatar Airways banned him needs to be fired. That idiot obviously is part of the problem.

I had a good experience with Qatar Airways but they lost my luggage on the last flight and after 18 days my case still hasn't been processed.

I am quite concerned at Qatar Airways apparent decrease in quality, but more so about your airline banning Josh Cahill for his honest review or your flight. Even worse, was bribing him with a free flight to remove the review that you felt was unfavorable. Firing your own employees is even more outrageous. Provide great service, apologize when you mess up, and great reviews will follow. It really isn't that difficult.

THANK YOU, Qatar, for shattering dreams and erasing memories! Is it possible that Qatar Airways pays for research to be considered one of the best in the world?! Because out of all the airlines I've flown with, it is undoubtedly one of the worst, if not the absolute worst. One terrible experience with Qatar was already too much, but now my girlfriend is enduring an even more dreadful ordeal, and my heart aches for her. She literally has her wallet, only! My girlfriend departed from Auckland to Split on flight QR921. The chaos began in Auckland with a delayed flight, but the true nightmare awaited on the Doha (QR231) to Belgrade flight. A uniformed and identified Qatar Airways employee STOLE her hand luggage, threatening her, saying that she wouldn't be able to board the plane if she didn't surrender the bag. He claimed there was no space for her small 7-kilo bag on the supposedly too-small plane (and he gave no document to confirm taking the bag). When she finally arrived in Split, Croatia, NONE of her bags were there. They made her wait inside the airport for two agonizing hours after more than 24 hours of gruelling travel. We've tried countless times to complete the lost baggage form. Still, every ten minutes it crashes, leaving us in despair, because in the bags are a lot of documents and personal belongings that bring sentimental memories like that of her little puppy. We've reached out by phone and email, but all we've received are empty promises that her bag is en route to Croatia. Yet, we have a tracker on the checked bag showing it's still in Serbia. As for the hand luggage, just God knows where it is because we were never informed it needed to be checked - it was simply stolen. We are left with no choice but to pursue legal action against Qatar Airways. THANK YOU, Qatar, for turning dreams into nightmares!
