It's part of the Cruise Terminal Building main exit lobby in Doha Port. Honestly, I dont have any idea how to get there if you will visit. We only passed by there during our exit from the MSC cruise ship. As of the moment there is no access from public except coming from the arrival area of the terminal. I don't know if it is fully open for public visit now because some portion are still closed. To be sure, you can please inquire to the port authority for further details.
