The ministry of interior (MOI) has cautioned against using mobile phones and other visual devices while driving that it can lead to accidents.

meanwhile a 50% discount will be available on the penalty for not using seat-belt and speeding if settled within 30 days of the violation being registered.
The new unified radar system can catch three violation at the same time using a mobile phone, not wearing a seat-belt and speeding.
