Thank you for your feedback, Yolanta. Surfing the emotional waves that are flowing high and low during these times is challenging. Qi Gong is an essential and vitalizing surfboard that will support our ability to survive and thrive. Can you tell I'm missing the water ;)
Kristen Polzien You bet I can Kristen ! I am so grateful that you prepared so many different practices to go with the emotional rollercoaster ride we are currently experiencing . This one was truly welcome last night, tonight it will probably be a different one ! Keep well and thanks again! Love your flows! 🙏🏻❤️

Thank you for your practice and feedback, Camden. Please share and enjoy more Qi Gong practices with me soon. My hope is to welcome people to this practice of deep self-healing with a unique and relational style. Glad the practice resonated with you 🙏
Thank you again for making another wonderful flow for us all. Are there any qigong flows that help with menopause :) ? Hormone balance for us ladies? Meno seems to have hit me with every meno symptom possible and I am trying to laugh my way through it but it is pretty tough going. I am going to come back as a tree :) :). Thanks in anticipation Kristen. Happy peaceful vibes to you.
Great question, Daisy! According to Chinese Medicine, menopausal symptoms (hot flashes, brain fog, and more) are often a sign of yin deficiency. Practices that support yin are slow flowing movements and emphasize the kidneys (water element). You're in luck! I have a Qi Gong for Hot Flashes here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-QZ5fkbZ0aD4.html and all of my Qi Gong for Kidney (water element) practices will support you. ru-vid.com/group/PLwPv3tAdJdPhuMRu6MhemMpVYVFzmBes0 Please enjoy and share your reflections.
Thanks so much Kristen as always, for sharing this practice and your personal experience as well. Such a great partner in my healing daily process. Be well! :) ps: if some time you would like to share a practice more focused in cancer recovering would be great :)
Thank you for sharing your energy and walking on your healing path with me, Patricia. In general, one of the most beneficial practices for cancer recover is the healing sounds. I have 2 practices that would be supportive: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-lR3WbWb4FOQ.html (labeled as PTSD) and Healing sounds seated practice: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE--ZqWmsu-7cA.html To address more specific practices it is essential to understand the root cause (emotional energy- anxiety, stress, depression) or expression of cancer (location - lungs, lymph, skin, breast). If you are willing to share or make a request, I can direct you to some of the practices that I already have posted and create new ones! Be well, my Qi Friend 🙏
@@KristenPolzien Thanks so much Kristen! Of course, it is primary endometrium (uterus) that was extended to ovary and lymph nodes... surgery and current chemo is fortunately working well too...anything more you need just let me know, (I do the healing sounds regularly as well :=) greetings xoxo
ps: about the root cause... mmmm.... I guess extreme tiredness, self-demand with hyperactivity, search for love, worry and fear of the death of a loved one ...
Thanks for sharing the details @Patricia Martinez. I will preface my reply with...I am not a Chinese medical doctor, however, I understand (and am growing in my wisdom) that the reproductive organs are governed by the kidneys. Chronic fatigue and fear will collapse the kidney's potential to nourish our being with peace and tranquility. Emotional harm, when deeply rooted, can present as physical harm (i.e. cancer). Now that you are in recovery (Blessed Be!), it is essential for you to give your kidneys some much needed love! This looks like relaxation, slowing down, and of course Qi Gong! The first 2 are challenging, I know. The practices I have on the channel for the kidneys (water element) ru-vid.com/group/PLwPv3tAdJdPhuMRu6MhemMpVYVFzmBes0 would be extremely beneficial for you. Qi Gong is really centered around cultivating an energy of relaxation. Counterintuitively, when we relax, we build energy and strengthen our healing potential. Crazy, I know! Enjoy these practices and continue sharing your reflections and requests. I will consider doing a private series on cancer in the (distant) future. Many steps to get there but I will take one at a time. Hope to connect with you again ❤️
@@KristenPolzien infinite thanks!!!! Wonderful advice! I started with your "water element" practices and I feel deeple renewed... good luck with all projetcs, you are amazing! Xoxo
I hesitate to use the words treat and cure when it comes to Qi Gong. However, I believe (and research shows) that Qi Gong can have a positive impact on mental health. I do not believe that Qi Gong is a panacea for anything. Qi Gong is a valuable asset to incorporate along with therapy, medications (if necessary), behavior changes, environmental changes, accountability, and support (to name several resources that can support mental health). As with anything, everyone will experience mental health changes at different rates depending on numerous factors. The key with Qi Gong is understanding how to see the energetic of mental health struggles arise and how you have the power to transform this energy into a more harmonious flow. Keep practicing 🙏
