Scenes of Qiangu and Dongfang from ep 1 - 42
I find Dongfang's one-side love story with Qiangu more compelling than Qiangu's one-side love with Zihua, her teacher. Zihua is just straight up boring, cold-hearted and can careless about anyone's feelings. Even when he knew he has fallen for Qiangu, he refused to admit loving her. Dongfang on the other hand, despite the fact that he kept Qiangu in the dark about his real identity, was extremely caring and gentle towards her. I wouldn't have mind if Dongfang and Qiangu were the main couple. But Qiangu only have feelings for Zihua even though he was quite ruthless to her.

Evrytime I watch Chinese drama, I always want the main actress and main actor to end up together no matter how they mistreated each other but for the first time this drama made me feel like Dong Fang deserve little bone more than her teacher because her teacher is a piece of rock and too stubborn 😤

The Hamster actually this Drama is from a book the book has many altenative endings can be found online one is she dies for saving the world her Soul gets saved and she is reborn in modern century cursing her teacher he goes crazy for 30 years wants to die to be reborn again with her but cant because of her curse and he searches everythere for her ist the first ending the second ending is donfang saves her life he rewakes her after she died my fav ending is called 5 husbands from the book she marries all of the guys that like her to Keep peace in heaven even big sis but the actual ending is she loses her Memory and marries her teacher Dongfang gets her memories of the past back but she decides to forgive teacher and stay with him and also two other marry

Dong Fang is by far my favorite character. I don't see him as an anti-hero at all. Everyone has reasons to do what they do. No one is innocent. Who can blame him? I know they're not meant to be but I'm just super happy they were able to share a few kisses. Most second leads don't even get that much.

Oh I love this! I shipped them so much! I never really shipped her with Bai Zi so... and when he died, Qian gu said she wanted to get revenge and bury him. But she didn't do any of those. When he died, it's like no one cared. DongFang did so many things and sacrifices for Qian Gu but he was so underappreciated.

When I watched this I was like.....So you have her master Bai Zihua who is the great everlasting immortal who's in charge of protecting the whole realm. Next you have Sha Qian Mo who's the king of the underworld. Then there's also the Mighty Emperor who governs the whole world. These are all great men with high status and power who loves Qiangu. Then lastly you have the silly scholar who pops up here and there that seems to be a nobody, but somehow knows everything but pretends not to. Why out of all these great guys do my heart melts for the silly scholar? Dongfang is my prefer guy for Qiangu. I know it wouldn't be but yet I savor even scene they had together. I was especially happy that they share not one but two kisses. Love Love Love Dongfang.

OMG...I DON'T KNOW HIM NOR THIS DRAMA YET YOU TOTALLY MADE ME FALL FOR THIS COUPLE. from someone who just watch mvs and not the drama I can agreed with you that these two have more chemistry than her with Master. Yes just by looking Wallace's character is super boring. Girl your mv make me really want to watch for these two....oh and whats the name of the song..its sooo good

Thanks! You should watch this. It's based on a popular Chinese novel which caused the series to have a lot of hype. Although I haven't read the novel, the series supposedly stay true to the novel. Let me tell you, I developed a love-hate towards this series due to all the craziness of characters and plot. My fav pair is Qian Gu with Sha Qian Mo, which I dedicated a mv just of them. Check it out and you'll see why I adore them together. About the song I just know that it's called "My Love Is Far Away"

Well, Hua Qian Gu regreted for loving Bai Zi Hua at the end. I think only that part is the best and parts with Dong Fang are good. The rest is pretty boring. Well, I hated Bai Zi Hua's senior borther a lot cuz he is a arrogant and unreasonable. Idiot!!! Princess Agents story is a lot better than The Journey of Flower.

Me too, I rooted for Dong Fang. I didn't see what she saw in Zihua. I hated the fact that Zihua always hurts her. True Dong Fang manipulate everything but his feeling for her was sincere and he was always there to protect her.
