Yeah, members of the Administration have the right to instantly prime the warhead and, as a QDF (Security) member, we are told to let it happen while handling the evacuation. (It can be very frustrating 😬)
I guess what warhead shutted down itsself, becuase maybe one of the launchers multifunctioned and broke, making it start a unexpected behavioral of the QSML Research Facility Shutdown. If it actually blew up, everyone should be dead over there by now because of the CRAZY VAULT DOOR WHICH IS VERY ANNOYING TO OPEN BECAUSE ITS SLOW! Watching this actually happening was a actual unexpected error.
Im no expert, but when the warhead detonates wouldnt it have such force that it can travel up the facility, to the dark matter reactor containment, go through the maintainence elevator and rocket the bottom tartarus fans up with such force that they slam into the tartarus door?
As the warhead let’s of radiation, pressure and heat when it explodes, the air pressure wouldn’t be able to enter the chamber alone, but with the heat and explosion, it would be able to pressurise the vacuum, then probably blow up the dmr, with that all combined, and in real life it would completely vaporise the bottomside Tartarus, and a high chance of vaporising topside Tartarus, and even if it doesn’t, the pressure and radiation would kill you instantly anyways.
When a warhead is detonated by a member of QAC (administration), they have the option to either let it go boom or shut it down. Usually qac like to make everything suddenly anticlimactic by shutting down the warhead, but qac have proceeded with the detonation in the past. The warhead cannot failed/shutdown (shutdown different from cancel) by raiders
