Tbh I'd rather wait a couple years, he's improving so quickly and massively that I feel like his next project might have some shit that cooks idmthy or something and that would suck to miss out on
PLZ collab 🙏🙏 Quadeca, tuv, jane remover, you guys are onto something new great and amazing !!! this 2000s lofi influenced kanye type amalgamation of shoegaze, indie, electronica, rnb and hyper pop … So raw and so real i love you guys so mucj
Each scrapyard has had a song that became my new favorite Quadeca song. First Al a Carte, then Dustcutter, then Guess Who, now this one. Quadeca since late 2022 has been releasing genuinely some of the best music I’ve ever heard and nobody is talking about it.
@@maxipad27 I apologise if you took it at has hate - It’s somewhat difficult for such things to not come across in this way. In fact, my questioning comes from intrigue and the desire to understand. I believe it true to say that the majority is perfectly content with the claim that the love of a particular music boils down to subjectivity alone and that nothing more should or, maybe even can be said. Personally, I do not subscribe to this overly simplistic view. Why is it that a certain sound appeals to some yet can be simultaneously despised by others? What is involved in this process if not the human brain? I for one, find it very, very interesting indeed. Having said this, I get the whole, “I just like it because I like it” and all the obvious suggestions such as age, time and place and not forgetting “it’s just boring” 🤣 As you appear to be suggesting yourself, we are all different, I just find it a worthwhile endeavour attempting to understand this apparent difference. I tried it with religion but that’s a whole different level of trouble 😂 That being said by all means enjoy the music you like, I’m certainly not asking for justification here, that’s something very different. All the best 👍
0:56 This second verse is one of if not my favorite verses from Quadeca yet. From the flow, the bars, the evolution of the beat and percussion working with the harmonizing piano like goddamn it's so satisfying to listen to. Love you Quad, can't wait for Vanisher.
i like the symbolism of the crowd, i might be wrong but i think it symbolizes how much quadeca as an artist changed and alot of his audience has left him bc of it, but theres still a couple that stayed and hes still preforming.
unironically hard as fuck. ill never stop poking fun at quinoa for his roots, but man, genuinely inspiring to see a fifa youtuber turn into legit one of the best indie/alt pop artists around. edit: and i just read the description, you fuckin edited this too? holy shit, dude.
To me this is about having so many people you love and feeling bad that you don’t have enough time to spend with all of them, and that’s really relatable
insane how different the quadratic equations music is now compared to back when insecure dropped. i like that he still incorporates rap into his new shit while staying genuine at the same time its cool.
I feel this song so much. It's hard being social in this day n age, with so much going on in your life and everything going so fast. Never forget em though.
Damn, the way the song builds with the layered vocals and synths is so intense with that rolling piano rhythm in the background. It almost crescendos and then levels out towards the end. I love the way Quadeca's production sounds so unique and always lends itself to the narrative of the song. This is probably one of my favourite scrapyard tracks. Great job!
I cant stop watching this. Im really crying right now watching this video on replay. The video itself and lyrics really hit home what a beautiful masterpiece. Please, more of this
Commenting this so that after years when people will realise how much of a creative genius he is with his work and i can say i was there from the start.. following him since 2017
I remember walking to middle school the day voice memos dropped and listening to it. Now I’m in college and I’m still bumpin. Watching you progress has been nothing short of amazing.
my initial impression is that the audience symbolizes the friends in his life who were waiting for him to interact and reach out, but because of his tendency to shut-in these friends got tired of waiting and left. this is supported by how he’s rapping to the camera the whole time instead of engaging with the audience (his friends). after a while they all leave. and maybe since he’s looking into the camera that could symbolize how part of why he was avoidant was because he was heavily invested into his youtube and music career which is online and on the camera.
he also keeps turning his back to different sections of the audience which could symbolize how he’s gradually neglecting everyone. also, he may be saying “i got way too many friends” sarcastically, or he feels that there’s just too many people to keep up meaningful relationships with.
Its crazy quite how much i relate to Quadeca's recent music. Throughout the release of Scrapyard ive been going through a lot of different conflicts and each pack released seems to correlate with a specific event 😂😂
i got way too many friends i got way too many friends i got way too many friends i got way too many friends i got way too many friends i got way too many friends i got way too many friends i got way too many friends
I have another idea for the music video where quad is in school and hanging with his friends and enjoying his life.. but when he comes back home he realises that all of his friends are in his head
I love the use of subtitles here its so unique 😎changed the way i see subtitles im definitely going to try some creative subtitles for the next music video i edit
it's awesome to see how your growth as an artist really shines when you go back and make a more traditional rap track--the production, lyrics, flow, everything is great man
Crazy how my teenage years were all spent listening to different kinds of music but all of it still being Quadeca. I grew up with his music so playing stuff like insecure is like visiting a childhood memory and it’s nothing like anything I’ve felt from any artist
I’ve enjoyed your music for so long I remember being a total kid listening to your KSI diss track which even now still hits great job with your career ❤ Bless Up 💌
Gotta be honest, haven't been vibing with most of the Scrapyard songs. Not tryna be a hater, i like seeing Quadeca finding and exploring his own sound. But as a big rap head, something like this is much more my vibe. Love the mix of the "weirder" beat along with some bars. Hope to hear more like this in the future, but you just keep doing what you feel bro.
the fact that this doesnt rlly sound like it was a scrapped song from fmty or idmthy makes me think the songs on his next project will sound a lot more like this one 🧐
@@necr0mancrr oh of course, I'm an artist myself, so I know the want to do something different, to not get stuck in a loop. And there's no denying the talent behind the music Quad makes, even if I don't personally love it.
