This Georgia artist makes masterpieces in the most creative of ways. Jessica Jewett was born with a rare birth defect that left her quadriplegic, but the 38-year-old didn't let that stop her from becoming an artist. Using her mouth, Jewett creates intricate paintings, portraits and fine art. Her latest project memorializing Civil War hero General Joshua Chamberlain who overcame a disability. I don't want to discount her talent at all, let me be clear on that. I can't even draw a stick figure. However, there was a woman in the 70s or 80s that I read a book about. Her name was Joni Erickson (I might be spelling her last name wrong - it's been over 10 years since I read that book). She had this same ability to draw using her mouth. It might be where this woman got her inspiration from?
