Just bought it yesterday, I saw the release when I was already on route to my trip.
After many years I finally get to play it
I didn't Own it and played it briefly many years ago.
I am basically a noob, but I make up for it with some classic shooter tactics.

Nightmare mode made quake 2 a lot more fun along with the AI changes, I wish you luck on the campaign.

I am and will always have classic DooM as no. 1 but it's a great time to be a quake fan!!!!!

Loving the re-release of Quake 2. Glad it was a free upgrade on PC got it on Playstation and I am nearing the platinum to it. I'm going to 100 percent it on PC as well. Still a great remaster is outstanding. Hopefully for Quakecon 2024 we could get a re-release of either Wolfenstein 3D or Commander Keen

I case if you wonder if there's mod support. They released the source code for this one. So mods shouldn't take too long to appear.

Can you play QuickCharge next? There is videos for supercharge but quickcharge seems underrated

Yeeah I had issues with the guns being really quiet too at the very start of the game looks like a bug because I thought it was just me because I had the sound coming through my 5.1 sound system and I thought it was due to the unmixing but I'm just past half way in this game and I can assure you that there hasn't been any more audio issues so far and your crazy playing this on nightmare lol you'll regret it lol. I think 🤔😆

@@BerserkDoomer I've only got it on medium and that's quite hard I've died quite alot on that difficulty. And this is my first time playing this game too.
