Apostoles are Not for today.
The Biblical qualifications for an apostle are 1. Must have been chosen by Jesus!2. Must have seen the risen Jesus!3. Must have performed miracles. In 1 Cor. 4:9, Paul said he was the last apostle!
Apostles can there be? Jhn 6:70 Yeshua answered them, Have I not chosen you TWELVE, and one of you is a devil? Jhn 15:27 And you also will bear witness because YOU have been with Me from the beginning. Lk 6:13 And when day came, He (Jesus) called His disciples and chose twelve of them, whom He also called APOSTLES. Jhn 21:24 This is the disciple who is bearing witness about these things. Mat 19:28 Yeshua said to them, Truly I tell you, at the renewal of all things, when the Son of Man sits on His glorious throne, YOU who have FOLLOWED Me will also sit on twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel. Acts 1:21 So, ONE of the men who have ACCOMPAINED us during ALL the time that the Lord Jesus went in and out among us. (Peter knows Jesus qualifications, they only needed one) Acts 2:14 But Peter standing up with the eleven lift5ed up his voice and said. Acts 1:23,24 And they appointed two Joseph called Barsabbas, who was surnamed Justus, and Matthias, 24. And they prayed and said, thou Lord, which knows the heart of all men, show whether these two thou has chosen, Acts 1:26 Until the day when Jesus was taken up, after He had given commands through the holy Spirit to the APOSTLES whom He had chosen. Acts 6:2 And the TWELVE summed the full number of DISCIPLES and said, Acts 8:1 They were ALL scattered through the region of Judea and Samaria, EXCEPT THE APOSTLES. (They were NOT afraid of Saul.) Acts 10:39 Peter said, WE are witness of ALL that He did, etc. Jude 17b But YOU must remember, beloved, the predictions of the Apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ. (Jesus NEVER said go and make apostles.) Jhn 1:1,2 We declare to you what was from the BEGINNING, what we HEARD, what we have SEEN with our eyes, what we have LOOKED at and TOUCHED with our hands, concerning the word of LIFE. 2. This life was revealed, WE have SEEN it and TESTIFY to it, and declare to you the eternal life that was with the Father and was revealed to us. Rev 1:1b,2 He made it KNOWN by sending to HIS servant John, who BORE WITNESS to the Word of God and to the testimony of Jesus Christ, even to all that He SAW. Mat 13:11 And Yeshua said, “To YOU has been given the secret of the Kingdom of God, Acts 10:41 Not to ALL the people, but to us who had BEEN CHOSEN by God as witness, who ATE and DRANK with HIM after He rose from the dead. * Saul persecution of the church, the TRUE Apostles was NOT afraid of him. * Saul could never have been an apostle. His own qualifications do NOT line up with the Messiah’s, there for they are a lie. Saul knows he is not one, I Cor 9:2 If to others I am NOT an apostle, at LEAST I am to you, for you are my seal of my apostleship in the Lord. Total lie.
We no longer have Apostles. The foundation has been laid. John was the last Apostle to die. Paul was the least of the Apostle, born out of due time..... We do not have Apostle now
