Namo Buddhai Thank you for making these videos. This one in particular is the most helpful and beautiful way I have ever heard these concepts explained in English and I am very grateful. I will be returning to this teaching again and again I am sure.
Namo Buddhaya Bhante. This video of yours with its advice for meditators is inspiring and insightful. I will incorporate what you said into my daily morning meditation. I start my daily sitting with affirming faith in the Triple Gem, expressing remorse over past wrong doings and telling myself not to repeat those mistakes again to my best of abilities, expressing gratitude for the blessings in my life, and then radiating Metta to myself, my parents, my past and present Dhamma teachers, my relatives colleagues and kalyanamitta, and finally I would do anapanasati. This is where I find my mind getting distracted and I would need to, like what you said, practise Karuna, Mudita & Upekkha in addition to Metta, towards my mind. Thank you so much for your words of wisdom Bhante. Sadhu Sadhu Sadhu 🙏🙏🙏
Hello Buddhism Channel, I have two questions about meditation. I do meditate quite a bit now (one year with a little break here and there). So yesterday something new happend. As i got deeper and deeper in meditation, there was a point where i had fear and i had to stop the session. i don´t know how to descripe that but i felt like i got sucked into a blackhole. What can i do to get deeper and past that blackhole without fear? And why i have that fear during medition? Thanks for your work. The world need more channel like this. Big
Hi, you really need to contact them (contact info in the description ) now if you going that deep you need proper guidance. when you go deeper fear is normal, it's normal that you see, hear, feel strange things don't be afraid. if you go more deep you will hear more, even see different worlds/realms. if you are honestly good person and you don't hurt others, no one can hurt you. but when you go deeper some negative forces will always try to distract you and try to guide you to wrong path. remember meditation is not game. if follow wrong way you will face serious consequences. so it's better to take advice. when you feel fear remember how Buddha defeat "maara" . so don't be afraid though keep meditating. 🙏

Namo Buddhaya 🙏🌸 Thank you so much for always sharing amazing , valuable videos with us... I have a question🙏 How to forget someone who love, when it feels impossible and How to stop thinking about someone deeply?
Namo buddae Every thing is all right but you haven't discussed the most basic question of.. How to madidate, on what thing we should focus. Plz provide some suggestions.
4 great qualities during meditation(zist of the video) - 1)Love and kindness towards your mind. 2)Being compassionate towards your mind. 3)Practicing appreciative joyfulness. 4)Practicing equanimity. Namo buddhaya 🌸
1.Metta - forgivness to self and others out of love n kindness 2. Karuna - compassion to our mind and others' 3. Muditha - be appreciative and happy with present circumstances of self and others' 4. Upekha - being less expectative from self n others🙏🙏🙏
Namo buddhaya 🙏🏻🙏🏻 your words are really awesome.. when I going down in myself that time I watch your videos.. it's giving a motivation.. thank you so much🙏🏻🙏🏻🙇
So thankful for the technology of RU-vid to put me in the presence of someone of such vast insight and inspiration, from a distance of 8,000 miles or more. And so appreciative of this Buddhist master to share so generously of his time and experience. Namaste.
3:43 Karuna - Compassion 5:15 Mudhita - Appreciative joyfulness, be happy with little achievements of your meditation. 7:24 Upekha - Equanimity(calmness and composure, especially in a difficult situation)
Your guidance, wisdom and sharing has helped me so much in my struggles to meditate. Learning the 4 sublime qualities and appreciating our mischievous ever changing monkey mind has allowed me to accept and appreciate and enjoy. Whatever I’m able to do in meditating is enough and that’s so revealing. Namo Buddhaya 🧡
