You talkin about the alter ego law ? where you can help a third-party person when they are in grave Danger from the attack of another person , yes that is considered self-defense I understand. It also said if the person perception deemed not necessary to use deadly force they are liable for the crime , the question is did Timmy have to use deadly force ? and if so why didn't timmy use the same deadly force when Rondo was getting attacked by another assailant after King Von was shot ? he pointed the gun at the assailant but didn't pull the trigger ? and why didn't he shoot the person that shot him ? it seems like he had motive to shoot King Von and only King Von because of their ongoing beef , that right there my friend is murdered , and if he went back to the truck and got the gun that's premeditated murder, that's what it looks like in the video and doesn't say anything about instigating a situation , allegedly King Von pulled up at the club first and then Rondo and his crew pulled up beside him VON stayed in the car and waited for his crew , we don't know what happened and what was said, but we do know one black man is dead and the other one could spend the rest of his life in jail.
