Good eveing sir . I finished my Mech engineering on 2022 in India . After that i joined a Hvac project - design Position . And worked there for 1 year and now i reached to UAE , my parents are there . And i attended an interviw today . By the recomendation of my father friend . But the vacancies are for Estimation section and they asked me if i am intested, they told me to answer them Within 2 days . So i think of to start it . Even though i have no experiance in this section .

I need to update you with little information. I am a Structural Engineer and I Love QS/Cost Control, switched into it worked for two years as QS. I am in Saudi Arabia, the construction is into boom as you said but the jobs are in scale of 70-30. 70% localites are preferred 30% expats, in that also here, there is discrimination b/w western countries and Asian Countries. So, job market became very low. To get into mncs Or bigger companies which offer good pay either one should be very senior professional or masters from US, Canada, UK, Australia. But any how at the end of the day reference matters alot here. I think it became the same situation in all middle Eastern countries. Just wanted to update you the current job market of KSA as you are not aware. Thank You☺

UK has lot of skill shortage so if he can do well in interviews, he has lot of opportunities. But India is also growing well in the construction sector.

I'm working as QS & Planning in reputed companies in India since 7+years sector of Irrigation and water.I'm getting less package (8L per annum) in india I'm looking for the opportunity in Middle east countries for better earnings but I heared only building,oil&gas sectors,who already has experience only will get hired.i really wanted to move and work in any of middle east country. Kindly suggest me best way to get hired in good package.what maximum package that I will get expect.?? Should I go for PGDCM or any consultancies for the opportunity. Hi. In the current job market it will be difficult to get a job in middle east without any middle east experience. Would advice to change job inside India with better pay.
