*Quarantine process might be a little different for those not vaccinated in Korea *Neogen skincare ships globally(check availability in the link) and make sure you use the code at check out because it’s not automatic! *You might not get the Quarantine food like I did depending on the district you are in!!

it's not about whether you were vaccinated in korea, it's about whether you're a korean citizen or permanent resident. if you're not a korean citizen or a permanent resident (someone with a long-term visa with a residence in korea), you have to pay to stay at a government quarantine facility.

@@ramsey6394 Yes but even for those people if you’re not vaccinated in Korea you have a different quarantine process as mine ( like you can’t take public transportation back and etc)

@@ThizisDanny if you got vaccinated in another country, it is now possible to register that vaccine in the COOV app. Actually, korean citizens could always register their vaccines, even if they received their vaccine abroad. The issue was that the Korean government was recognizing vaccine status of Korean nationals but not foreigners.

Things I’ve learned: 1) the whole process of quarantining seems very organized. All that food 😱😱😱. 2) never forget the neck 3) i need a blanket hoodie 4) after I quarantined, it felt super weird leaving my house as well. 5) I agree, it goes fast if you got things to do. That being said, I’m a real homebody. This was nice to watch! ❤️

First thought when I saw your bed right next to the window: it must be chilly in winter! Living a life of a Hikikomori for 10 days - although it seems it’s not such a problem for you since you were productive during that time. It was great to show the quarantine process after you got back home. I love how you share the real you without being all dressed up and your morning bed head and skin care routine. I remember the house tour vlog when you showed your messy place. It makes you so relatable. I have a hoodie blanket too and I love it! I have enjoyed watching all your videos of your vacation. I love this video and how honest and comfortable you are. You are Korean but totally have a European soul. Love It. For me this past week I was Not quarantined, but I had the whole week to relax. I just like yourself I ate and slept just relaxed and it was also productive. I did some research and found some very good information that I know put me on the "path" I want to be. 14:45 Danny is me watching pretty much anything. I cry all the time unless it's like a comedy... and even then it's possible. It's weird tho, because I don't cry that much about things in my real life, but start balling when I watch shows and movies.

Your quarantine sounds like my job with the patient. Checking temperature and high blood pressure everyday and taking care of them. It reminds me when I got COVID two years ago, I was quarantine for a month and it was no fun. All I did was sleep. I wanted to go to work so bad, but I made it and COVID free now. Lol. Your quarantine seems very well prepared. Here they would just put you inside, and worry on your own how to get food or what to do with your trash. A really half-hearted effort to stop it all. Your quarantine looks like well-designed quest in a life-simulating game. Also - QUATTRO cheese ? A man of culture I see ! THere is never enough of cheese in anything. Congrats on not having Covid !

Very interesting to watch, a documentary of a time that will definitely be interesting in the future... I love your videos and I love, love, love your accent.. I am American but lived in Italy for a time, my ex in- laws are from the UK, so I spent a lot of time there and love to travel and learn about other cultures.. I love how men in Korea are not too macho about skin care and hygiene and clothes etc. And so nice you start taking care of your skin so young! ( I'm a lot older, it paid off to start young and stay out of the sun) 😁 glad you made it out healthy!❤️

So glad you got through quarantine well. Thanks for sharing new products. On a personal note, for the last 2 years, because I'm older, I've not gone anywhere, except outside to get exercise and going to the store for groceries when crowds are light. I've stayed well the whole time! Now that Covid may finally be slowing down here in the USA, it's time to travel!! I'm SO EXCITED, so thank you for sharing your trip to the USA also. Looking foward to looking at your past videos. You're doing a great job!

Three things that stood out to me: 1) American quarantine involves either getting a call that you're positive, then...nothing. No bag of cleaning supplies, no box of quarantine food, no follow-up. 2) What is a Guinness bun?? 3) Dan's morning hair was the best part of my morning (granted, my day just started). Being comfortable with showing people a natural state isn't easy, and I applaud the confidence. 👏👏👏👏👏

I'm glad you managed to do the full quarantine. I respect people who care about others enough to follow government guidelines. As someone who had a family member who was immune compromised, it's annoying seeing selfish ppl not wearing masks because they don't care about the fact that they can spread the virus to others even when vaccinated... only that they are safe. Thanks for the great vlog. It's always nice seeing you be open with your viewers.

Yeah it could really be dangerous for some people..! I do think this whole situation won’t be able to be controlled anymore. It’s impossible to track the routes and you could be exposed to it everywhere or expose it to everywhere without you even knowing.

@@ThizisDanny It's basically impossible because too many people are selfish and don't do their part, break quarantine, etc. It's sad that people care more about their own shit than people dying. Luckily, most people won't have horrible symptoms, but this is scary because it could happen with a deadlier disease and this shows how poorly humans handle stuff.

hello Dan, Thanks for sharing your 3 fave skin care product, i don't know why i ordered what you used in this video and it came today ( neogen), i just tried now, my very first time to use korean product, good that i can order from Germany, unfortunately we don't have it here in Switzerland.Thanks to online shops :) as im typing this i felt my face so soothing and im hoping ill stick to this,. I bought neogen cleansing water, neogen gauze peeling green tea, neogen micro serum and neo gen joan day & night cream,the cream that you use in this video was out o stock, i guess it is really good.

So happy your experience was so different as a citizen/resident of Korea than mine... as a vaccinated visitor for pleasure under the visa waiver program. I was kept in a sterile area until bussed to the quarantine facility chosen for me (no complaints... Grand Hyatt Incheon was lovely). Daily fee of abt $105 included meals, accommodation... but no outside ordering allowed. Only released after the third PCR test negative 😂. No complaints tho, I knew to expect this... tho was difficult to see my US friend leave with her Korean family she was quarantining with. This was, understandable tho as it was just BEFORE the vaccine was available to Korea (became avail while i was there). Love all your videos; kamsahamnida

It's interesting seeing how your quarantine was. I am currently in quarantine here for a study abroad trip and I am glad they reduced it to only 7 days. Just a few more days and another covid test until I get to explore Korea for the first time :)

Maaan why does Disney have to do us dirty like that? First you start off all happy with your Mickey Mouse pancakes just to end up crying lol I still cry with the lion king myself. On another note I have never seen pads with slits in em before! I have contracted hands from lupus and RA. I have a hard time with regular pads so could probably insert my lip scrubber wand thingy into these to apply on my face. I recently won some medicube skincare from a give away on another channel. It includes a toner, ampoule and cream so these would be a perfect addition 😄 Thanks for sharing!

Quarantine in NYC so different! I do like that Korea gives you a food package. Neogen are my favorite skincare products. You are so about hygiene.

Happy all is good and of cos you been already out and about. What is so appealing about your videos is you being yourself.
