In this video Sergio is doing body weight a workout with some of the u 20's Namibian Rugby players who are currently in quarantine. We started on 25 reps and then worked our way down to 1 rep.
Workout Structure:
25 8 Count Body Builders - 24 - 23 -1
25 Jump Squats. - 24 - 23 -1
25 Jumping Jacks. - 24 - 23 -1
