Vegan Saltphish Fritters Recipe
1 Cup Flour
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
2 Tsp Black Pepper
2 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Curry Powder (for colour, optional)
1-1.5 Cup water
1. Mix dry ingredients then add cooked "Saltphish".
2. Add water incrementally until you arrive at a loose pancake batter like consistency.
3. Preheat a pan to medium heat with your preferred oil then place cooking spoon sized dollop of batter in pan and cook for 2 mins on each side or until golden brown. (Remember to taste test batter by doing one test fritter)
4. Place cooked fritters on a plate with napkin or grate pan to drain excess oil then enjoy
