Before anyone assumes anything. This outing was on the day the city announced that the 'stay-at-home' order has been lifted with certain regulations, it is phase 1 of 4. So we all decided to make it out there on the first day of the order being lifted to enjoy the bay. There were tons of anglers out that evening and it was a sight to see.
